The additional percentage you were quoted helps cover a variety of services and amenities we provide to all of our guests, including complimentary fluid top-offs, protective items like seat covers and floor mats, shuttle service, and refreshments available in our café. While some shops may charge separately for many of these items—or not offer them at all—we’ve chosen to bundle these benefits so our customers can enjoy a more comfortable and convenient experience during their visit. That said, we understand that how these charges are presented can feel unclear or unexpected, and we appreciate you calling that out. We’re actively working with our team to ensure we communicate this more clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
