My son purchased his first truck at Stephen Wade. He went in for a $37000 & came out with a $52000 invoice. He had no idea what he was agreeing to with all of the add ons that sounded great. He did not even know the cost of half of them. When I saw the invoice, I literally gasped! I called Clay, his finance guy, to request clarification & removal of unnecessary (& expensive) charges. We ended up speaking with Candace Abbott, the finance director. She was absolutely amazing in helping us work through getting a refund. She was very thorough & responsive- thank you so very much!

Freak Thanksgiving snowstorm in Torrey, Utah, Capital Reef area. Snow and ice built up on passenger side window of our Prius overnight. Attacked the ice with the wrong end of a broom - not a good idea! Window dropped out of its track and would not roll up! Hours later, in the cold and wind, with the help of a bunch of suction cups and several assorted rolls of tape we headed back to Salt Lake where we called Performance. They picked the car up the next morning and brought it back the following day - healed! Bless you Performance Toyota of Bountiful! The turkey was superb as well!

If you value your time, do not go to Karl Malone Toyota. Karl Malone Toyota is full of nothing but deception and lies. I will be taking all of this information to the Better Business Bureau. I put down a deposit on a car in August of 2024 and did not receive the vehicle until December 19 2025. The wort part of the experience was the salesman Tim Enniss. After telling me that I would receive the car in late spring of 2025 he went completely dark and would never communicate with me regaurdless of how many times I reached out to inquire about the car. It took me going into the dealership to confront him for him to even send me a text. And then he again would not respond to me. He used deceptive wording and actually lied to several times. He told me that a car that was exactly the same as what I ordered came in and sold it to me. Not until I drove it home did I realize that this did not match what I had oredered. He then basically said that it was my fault. After struggling to contact the dealrship I was finally able to returnm the car that Tim had sold me. This is the only reason that they are even deserving of 1 star instead of 0. The manager, Patrick, spoke to me and promised that I would not need to work with Tim again and that I would be working with him for the rest of the proccess as I waited for my car. Just like Tim, he was completely unresponsive to my questions and texts. Then when I finally was able to pick up my car it was Tim who I was working with. Do not waste your time. These people are basically just trying to steal your money while you do all of the work yourself.

I took my 2020 Tundra in after having rough idle and multiple warning. The diagnosised the problem as a faulty throttle body and I agreed to the repair at a cost of $900. On the way home the problem came back and it was the same. Took the truck back and was told 2 days later that the mass airflow was bad and that was another $300. Once again issue persisted. Next visit was $3500 to replace wiring harness. Came to pick the truck up and found that while it was in their posession, the truck had been burglarized and around $500 of tools and other materials had been taken. When I called to complain, I never got a call back. There were no broken windows or any sign of some breaking in so it appears that sometime when the truck was at their shop waiting for parts, they had left it in the lot unlocked or one of the employees was the thief. I sent a detailed email to the service manager and the response I got was sorry but you can't prove it happened here. This place is horrible. If I needed my bicycle chain oiled I wouldn't let these clowns touch it.

Tried twice to buy cart this dealership and both times were terrible! I average about one new car every two years and really have always loved Toyotas. I would never recommend this place and would tell my friends to steer clear. They also had me do a $2,000 deposit which they said was transferable if I didn't use it when I walked away they said well there's no other place to transfer it in the state. They unapologetically kept my money and we're not straightforward with many things. They will try every trick in the book to make you for every dollar. Run as fast as you can away from this place.
