Would definately recommend Jerry Seiner's Dealership in North Salt Lake. Kymani was great! He picked-up the ball when the salesperson I was working with left the Dealership. He was courteous, pleasant, responsive and in general easy to work with. Spencer also did a great job with my out-of-state DMV paperwork, and made registering in California a breeze. Wish you had a Dealership in Southern California!

I took my 2020 Tundra in after having rough idle and multiple warning. The diagnosised the problem as a faulty throttle body and I agreed to the repair at a cost of $900. On the way home the problem came back and it was the same. Took the truck back and was told 2 days later that the mass airflow was bad and that was another $300. Once again issue persisted. Next visit was $3500 to replace wiring harness. Came to pick the truck up and found that while it was in their posession, the truck had been burglarized and around $500 of tools and other materials had been taken. When I called to complain, I never got a call back. There were no broken windows or any sign of some breaking in so it appears that sometime when the truck was at their shop waiting for parts, they had left it in the lot unlocked or one of the employees was the thief. I sent a detailed email to the service manager and the response I got was sorry but you can't prove it happened here. This place is horrible. If I needed my bicycle chain oiled I wouldn't let these clowns touch it.

I recently bought a Honda Accord from Forrest Motors. They are great guys low pressure you can tell they really care about what they do. My whole time working with them I felt like they really cared about my situation and where very personable. I WILL BE buying from them again.

Worst dealership! I will never give them another penny of mine! First, we went to purchase a vehicle a couple of months ago and we knew more about the new vehicle than the sales person. After going for a test drive, they wanted to talk numbers and were being shady about the price of the vehicle. We didn't purchase from them, thank goodness! Fast forward to today, we have a Toyota Corolla and needed something fixed on it. Called to get a price quote and they told me it would be $120 plus tax, took my car in, and when I was called and informed the vehicle was ready to pick up, they jacked the price of the fix up $30. When I asked about the difference, the guy, whose name is ironically Carl, tried to convince me he never quoted me a price. When I pushed him on it, he said he would make it right, but would need to talk to some other people, but was insistent that he never gave me a price quote for it. I will never go back to this dealership. I don't care that the next Toyota dealership is a 15 min. drive further, I would drive further just to avoid going to this place ever again. Which is too bad for them, because my husband and I have purchased two brand new vehicles in the last two years and they lost both sales.

The Service Department at Mark Miller Toyota was incredible! It is hard to find a service department that is not trying to gouge us for money, but this is certainly a trustworthy place that takes care of the customer first! I was driving from Jamestown, North Dakota to Las Vegas, Nevada and had what I thought were several critical issues with the car. I was so worried that I would be on the side of the road in nowhere land with a broken car. When I drove into Salt Lake City, the service department said, "Just stop on by, we will see what your needs are." They checked out all of my concerns and eased my mind. They spent about forty five minutes near closing time with me helping me understand each of the concerns and what they might be. Afterward, he topped off the oil and washed the windshield which was full of bugs. Since they didn't do any "service," as my concerns were things that were not critical, this entire visit was no charge. He wouldn't even accept a tip for his time! What an incredible service department that I would always be able to trust!

I purchased my Toyota Highlander new from this dealership 2 years ago and really had problems with the service department fixing some warranty issues. For one warranty repair I had to take it back 3 times before they finally fixed the problem. I was very frustrated with the way I was treated and how I had to wait around for someone to help me and then they seemed to be put out by my being there. There was no shuttle service so I simply had to either wait or get my wife to come pick me up. After one warranty oil change I asked if they could run my car through the car wash and they said they could if I could give them another 20 to 30 minutes. So frustrating--and I bought the car from them! Well, my car had a recall issue a couple weeks back and I caught myself wishing I could take it someplace else to get the repair done but I called and made an appointment. To my surprise things had changed. No more scantily clad women there to snub me at check-in but rather I got friendly, efficient assistance. They offered me a shuttle to take me home since it would be a 4 hour repair. They also came and picked me up when my car was done and it was done ahead of schedule! There was a quick check-out and when I went to where my car was parked they had even washed it without my asking! So I would move this dealership up from one star to 4. I hope it continues.
