It has been a great experience because it is my first time buying car through a dealer ship. But Mr Creg Powell has been outstanding with me and my family. He treated us with respect, dignity and kindness even though we had our kids running around. That makes it easier for us and encourage us to purchase.

I arrived 30 minutes early for the 9 oclock appointment for the 1st of 2 complimentary oil changes and tire rotations as part of the 2 year lease agreement. I was then told that the tire rotation would cost $25.00 and not free or complimentary as advertised. I was told that my required service shouldn't take very long but i was not given a time of completion. Later I received an email stating time of completion to be 6:35 pm. Lastly, shortly after 10:30 am I received an email that my car was being washed and ready to go in minutes. Sadly my car was not washed as said. Usually when Archer washes my car, it's dripping water and there are signs of water spots. Also, I had just washed and detailed my car the evening before I brought it to the dealership for service and the windows still had the swirl marks from my work.
