Located a Ford Transit on the internet and made a phone call on a Saturday & learned of 2 Transits on the Lone Star lot. I received a detailed description of both vehicles. Negotiated on the phone & made a deal that very afternoon. The van was delivered the next week by the owner. The van was exactly as described & the salespeople were helpful & courteous. Picked out a vehicle on Saturday afternoon and told the sales person we were very interested in the vehicle. Called back the next morning and informed a sales person we wanted the vehicle and would be picking it up on Tuesday (the 2nd) and could we bring in a deposit in on Monday the first to hold the vehicle. We were told it was not needed. Called on the 2nd and was told the vehicle had been sold. Very upsetting in that we had already passed on another vehicle we were interested in at a different dealership.

Bad sales man money hungry! - summer2014

I went to purchase a SUV from these people. when i first got to the lot the salesman was very convincing told us pricing and how the could lower down our down payment, I asked for the carfax he promised he would show it to me. Went to test drive the tahoe, it was it good shape. But the deal sucked xxx! I put an offer he would not lower the price, I said 'ok' . He promised me my down payment would only be 3500 when but i insisted in seeing the carfax he kept giving me the run around. Finally when I came back to give my 3500 , They took me to the finace guy to close the deal. This guy was rude and started yelling and getting mad at us because he wanted to jack up the down payment to 7500. I told him the salesman told us the down payment was 3500 he said , "well he lied" I was not about to give them a down payment off 7500 so he was getting mad at me! He kept slamming the papers for us to sign at one point i felt as he was going to brake the table for how hard he was slamming the papers and pens! He was very upset because I would not agree to pay 7500 like he wanted! He was very rude!! The owner of this place should be a shammed on how bad customer service these employees have! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PURCHASE FROM HERE! THEY LIE AND GET MAD AFTERWARDS!!

These dealer posted a "2011 Audi S5 4.2 Prestige Coupe" with a " thrifty turbo four, awesome supercharged V-6". The 2011 S5 has a V8 4.2 naturally aspirated engine. Don't trust their posting, know the car you're looking to buy as they will mislead you.

I purchased my car in Oct 2016, read all the reviews . Purchased the car and now can't get title or tags. When I went to go see if tags and title were available the business was closed. Called the Secretary of State in Austin was given a different address and new Name " Inspection Authority " located at 2222 cypress Landing went there and no business there either. Please don't buy from these people. I dealt with Luisa Martinez when I purchased the car she did all my paper work but never filed the application for my title or registration.

I requested a car-fax report on a BMW X5 that was planning to buy.The report sent from the dealer did not include the accident info that was found later.There was not any verbal info that the car had an accident.They said it was "clean" and "mint" condition.

This place is top notch. It’s hard to find a good used car dealership now days and Peppard Autoplex is a rare breed. Most of their cars are $6,000-$8000 which was my exact budget. The price was on the window, no hidden fees and Don even gave me a free warranty. The car wasn’t perfect but I can’t afford perfect, it runs and drives good and has cold air conditioning. Couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience. If your in the east Texas area needing a good used car, definitely check them out.

Called days later to follow up, was told he’d be back with me in about half an hour and still haven’t heard anything to this day (couple weeks later now).
