If I could give zero stars I absolutely would because this is the worse car buying experience I have ever had. I argued with them for over a month about a vehicle they sold me that was messed up and had this is the worse car buying experience I have ever had. I argued with them for over a month about a vehicle they sold me that was messed up and had been in their own repair shop numerous of times since May 9 when I purchased the vehicle from them. I bought a Kia Carnival from them and drove it home on a Saturday and it messed up on Sunday and I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle since we have purchased it. When i say numerous of times we are talking about 4 or 5 times in less than a month and i drive 2 hours one way to drop off and pick up the vehicle. I have gotten corporate involved, called the BBB on them and also called a few other places to let the what kind of things are happening. Gulf Freeway store is the absolute worse place ever. Once again if I could give zero stars this store would have gotten zero they are not a good place to buy from. More

This is my second car purchase from Carmax and the first purchase. I expected it to be very simple as I pay cash for the car this time around because I had not financed a car in decades.
