I bought a 2013 Cadillac CT6 From Mike Smith Volkswagen Used Cars in 2023. I paid the total in cash and cashier's check, so I own it free and clear. Here it is 03/24 and I did get new plates but never received the title in my name. Every time I call, they tell me I need to file for a lost title. More expense on my part for their lack of doing their business. All the other places I've bought from, I would get the title at time of purchase or within a week. I will never do business there again and I suggest everyone stay away from them. Totally dissatisfied. May just run the caddy through the front window and leave it.

After waiting 2 1/2 Years after The "Chip Shortage" during Covid, we were still getting the runaround at a well known Chevy dealership in Arlington about the chips needed for our 2022 Traverse. On a whim while out driving around one Saturday in September we stopped at Jerry's Chevrolet in Burleson and spoke to Joseph Pekar, the Service Advisor on duty that day. Joseph was friendly, and sympathetic about our frustration with the other dealership. He took the information on the car, and the chips needed to finally make our car whole and completely functional. He explained that it would take a few days for the chips to come in, and set up a day with us to bring the car in when he could personally oversee the service on our car. The service went off without a hitch. and was completed exactly as promised. When we arrived to pick up our car Joseph went over the work that had been done, and answered our questions about the new functions available to us for the first time since we bought the car. I highly recommend the service department at Jerry's Chevrolet, and applaud Joseph Pekar for his commitment to great service and customer satisfaction. In the past I purchased new vehicles at other dealerships, and then regretted my choice once I had to schedule service for those cars. This time I think I did this the right way. I Experienced Top-notch service which made me comfortable enough to come back a couple weeks later and buy a Silverado from Jerry's in Burleson. I hope this tribute to Jerry's service department will be helpful to those who have been discouraged with service experiences elsewhere, and will give you food for thought if you are considering purchasing a new Chevrolet. Don Lee was a very good salesman and really went to bat for me. He was aggressive on pricing and my trade. We negotiated the trade value in advance and they honored it when I showed them the vehicle. Another dealer had a better net price by about $750 which Don convinced his management to match. Unfortunately, Don has no power over the Finance Department - they were unable or unwilling to give me the agreements they wanted me to sign before I went down there. On top of that, when I finally got into Finance, they wasted my time trying repeatedly to sell me extra stuff I did not want. When 2 seconds turned into 10-15 minutes and a sales pitch from the finance director, I got up and walked out. I had told Don I was on a schedule and needed to leave by 3:30. The Finance department could have cared less. When I asked for my car keys, Don and his management asked what they could do to save the deal. I suggested they bring the vehicle and paperwork to my residence and we could complete the deal. Don was very willing and apologized for the finance department's delays. He drove about 75 miles to my residence and delivered the vehicle with the paperwork. I signed most of it. 1. I did not agree to the Zaktek paint treatment as I did not want it. 2. They asked me to sign a blank Statement of Fact/Correction document where nothing was filled in - I declined to sign it until it was filled in. 3. They asked me to sign a Conditional Delivery Agreement whereby I agreed to return the vehicle to the dealership in two weeks or they could seek legal redress. It made no sense to agree tot that. I offered to pay cash but they required me to finance it to qualify for a $500 rebate. I went with the 2.49% rate for 36 months.

Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error
