Rader Evans always provides top level customer service. Wouldn’t fix something that should be covered under warranty. There is no point in buying a 100k car if you are treated like a child. Told me my car was hit which is crazy and they made it seem as if I was almost lieng. Service advisor was friendly but not much he could do. Nick Strehl The general manger was not very kind in explaining himself all he kept telling me was that he had the same car…. Just cause it hasn’t happened to you or you haven’t experienced it doesn’t mean it’s not possible. Either way I had to pay out of pocket for something I did not cause. I have been very disappointed with them. But what can I do besides right a review. By the way I have an m8 and I have serviced it many times at midtown and had no issues. Even one time I spilt a drink into the gear selector and since it was so new they took care of it just out of courtesy and if they didn’t I would have understood too. But these guys don’t care about the customer. Harry is a good a person like I said but he is just a service advisor. I did not like the way the manager spoke to me and that is it. Get off your high horse Nick I get you have an m3 and so does the other random guy that spoke up for you. Never have been this disappointed in a dealer!!! More
