He cheerfully helped me and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. My car had unusual requirements and contacted another dealership to get what he needed to complete my cars service. They Definitely lived up to their name if 5 Star Chevrolet.

Everything was great! But I bought me truck when it was Morris Moore and I was supposed to have all these perks for the lifetime ownership of the truck. Guess that all changed when it switched to Donaldson. One of the perks was to have a rental car when I have to take my truck in and leave it for days.

That said Gabriel was very pleasant to deal with, very professional and courteous. Waiting area was very nice, better than other dealerships I have gone to. Will go back.

The customer service is exemplary; the quality of work is outstanding; I am continually impressed with their professionalism and customer service; we have developed a long-standing relationship with the shop and the staff; the shop provides updates each step of the process and we are never left wondering about timelines; Charles runs a terrific operation and the thoroughness is appreciated. In summary, why go anywhere else? When Charles informs us the vehicle is ready, we take him at his word! By the way, even the tire pressure is correct when I checked…it’s details like this that confirm the shop is excellent.

I had to make two trips to retrieve my truck because it didn't appear that the alternator had been repaired. I showed Buzz and he agreed, but later the tech indicated that the alternator would not kick in until the glow plugs were completely heated. I have owned the truck since 2013 and never realize that to be the case. Buzz did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress of the repair (he had to deal with Carshield).

Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. Good service, my salesman Justin H. did a really good job of helping find exactly what I was looking for. The only knock I can put on them was I went to look at one vehicle that great in the pictures but when I arrived it had some damage to the driver door but like I said Justin was able to find me a nicer ride for around the same money so I can't complain to much. Will definitely give them the first call when my wife is ready to buy a new one.
