The dealership was very accessible for my location preference. My initial online and phone inquiry got a spectacular response time. The staff on my first visit was very cordial and attentive. I was not feeling well on arrival and the staff was receptive and concerned about my needs without even knowing who I was. I was immediately put in contact with my sales consultant Tyler. It just kept getting better. Tyler was the most respectful and professional young man I have ever encountered in a business atmosphere. His sincere personality was refreshing. I felt my individual needs were a priority and addressed wholeheartedly. The follow up calls and emails kept me updated due to my lack of access with the Porsche app. I am truly thankful for this young man's patience and time. He is very considerate and was very supportive to me during this period of waiting. Please know that Tyler is a valuable asset to this organization !

My husband and I had the best car buying experience possible with Hugo and Juan -- can't say enough great things about them and the entire experience with Porsche El Paso. We bought a certified pre-owned car from a distance (we live in another state), and they made what could be a nervous distance-buying experience a fantastic one. They were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, patient with our millions of questions via email, text, calls and during a video meeting, and provided us with text and photo updates when the long-distance transport company picked up the car. I very highly recommend them, and I couldn't love my new-to-me 911 cab more!

You can tell everyone holds themselves to a high standard and treat customers the way they would want to be treated - hard to find these days! Ben was fantastic and made the purchase process extremely easy despite being out of state. The CPO program at Porsche is like nothing I’ve ever seen before - outstanding what they do before selling a used vehicle. As a detail oriented engineer, ‘Im even more of a Porsche fan now.
