Wonderful personnel in all areas of this dealership. We talked to Melissa and she was outstanding in listening to what we wanted, offering to loan us a car if they didn't have one and relaying those needs to James Cartwright the sales person. The next morning, James had a car setting out for us to drive. Quickest deal in 58 years we as a couple ever made. We loved the fact that we were introduced to Chris, a manager of Tower and the nice friendly service people, Shannon & Gary. We will readily recommend anyone who is shopping for a car to your dealership. James Cartwright was a dream of a salesman -- not a high-pressure salesman, just a real gentleman who wanted our needs met. After meeting with the financial guy, Brian, waiting for our car to be made ready and gassed up we were out the door in 3 1/2 hours from time of arrival.

If I could rate Tariq aka TJ more than 5 stars I would. My husband services our vehicles here and met Tariq in passing while he was waiting one day last year. At the time we didn’t need another vehicle, but Tariq offered his services and gave my husband a card. When the opportunity to purchase a vehicle for my elderly mother presented itself we went straight to Tariq. From the moment we walked in until a couple of hours later his customer service was no less than stellar! His knowledge of all vehicles, new or used on the lot was impeccable. He knew exactly what we were looking for and didn’t stop until we found it. We will be recommending all friends, family and coworkers in need of a new vehicle to Tariq. To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.
