Long wait and very disappointed with the car not starting after a drive to Shreveport/ bossier. I guess the 3000$ supposed front to back inspection missed the battery!! Mark at Tower Honda provided outstanding service during my recent Passport purchase. The buying process involved challenging price negotiations with a competing dealer, but Mark remained patient, professio my recent Passport purchase. The buying process involved challenging price negotiations with a competing dealer, but Mark remained patient, professional, and persistent throughout. He worked hard to secure the best deal - ultimately beating the competition on my preferred color and trim. Beyond the numbers, Mark made what could have been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. His great sense of humor and personable approach kept things light even during tense negotiation moments. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another sale. If you're shopping for a Honda and want a straightforward, honest salesperson who will work hard to earn your business without games or manipulation, I highly recommend asking for Mark at Tower Honda.
