Lee was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got my part in a fair amount of time. He made sure to call me everyday with some kind of an update. Very good person. As long as Lee is there I will take my truck to Nottingham for the foreseeable future. Every dealership should have a manager that takes care of customers like Lee, when the only option they have is waiting for a dealer to get the part. Nottingham in Bonham is definitely turning things around for the better. With the old owner of this dealer, my truck sat in the parking lot for around 5 months. Once I got Lee on board and he showed up, my part arrived in about 2 weeks.
