Classic Kia salesman Ethan Kibodeaux cheerfully braved the heat to introduce me to Kia Sportage models. I had already visited other dealerships in Southeast Texas. Ethan was polite and patient while explaining the different features of the various models. I returned another day and he was happy to explain the next model I wanted to explore. Ethan was very knowledgeable with each car I test drove. After I made my choice he began the process of purchasing a new Kia Sportage. My daughter and I discussed a different model and he worked with his managers to grant my choices. I am now driving a Jungle Green Sportage and loving it !!!

I bought a GMC Yukon Denali 2021 here and the engine went out the same day when i took it home. This was very disappointing but they at least made it right and cancelled the contract. Initially i felt like maybe they could have vetted the vehicle more but others i've talked to say that is just how it goes sometimes you can't tell if they have existing problems until the symptoms are on full display.

I’d like to take this time to say a special thanks for Misty my sales person and to Wagner Cadillac. First off the 2021 Cadillac Escalade is a highly sought out vehicle and I would compare this to the Playstation 5 as you would have to line out 24hrs outside to get one. But like myself I did not pre order my Escalade therefore I had to call 27 Dealership around the world looking for one and when I called Wagner and spoke to Misty. Let me tell you her customer service skills and approach to customer far exceeded my expectations. I say that after calling 27 dealership and speaking to so many different sales person they all sound worn out and a bit irritated but after explaining everything I wanted to Misty. She took the time to just listen to what I was looking for and THANK YOU GOD!!!!! She said she has one that a customer backed out on so I can have that one. I waited about a month for the vehicle to be made and all that time she had an open communication and answered all my nagging text about the vehicle. Mind you, I drove 188 miles from Houston to Tyler, TX which was all worth it. Not even all my Cadillac dealers in Houston can compete with customer service. She gave a new meaning to customer satisfaction. I say the same for the entire Wagner Cadillac Family as I walked in you can tell their not there just to sell a car one time. Their goal was to build a relationship which they’ve one cause after my CTS-V lease is up I will be coming back. Thank you again Misty for everything and I’m very happy with my truck.

I started my buying experience with my sales person Tyler by phone, I was in the market for a Caddilac and had gotten pretty interested in one vehicle but not sold on it, Tyler sent me a video and comparisons on the two different vehicles, He found the exact vehicle for me and what I was looking for . He and the staff at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. I put my total trust in Tyler's experience and drove 424 miles one way to buy from this dealership and from a salesman that was awesome. On a 1 to 10 experience, I rate it at a 10. Thank you Tyler I absolutely love the caddy you found for me. My vehicle was Detailed, full of gas and everyone in the process was totally efficient.

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.
