I take my car in for oil changes and they are always polite and professional. This time I did find contents of my glove box all over the seat, I think they were looking for lug lock. I keep that in a little bag with the spare tire. Other then that it was great as always.

CHEVROLET, AUTONATION SOUTH CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS I scheduled an appointment with AutoNation South to have my 2008 Silverado serviced 28 October 2025 with Ms. Anna Rodriguez service associate. I am a retired Naval Aviation Maintenance Officer and have been doing business with AutoNation South for several years and they are the very best in the vehicle service business. Ms. Anna Rodriguez is by far the most outstanding service associate that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She always treats customers very professionally, always a pleasant greeting and very attentive to customers problems. She as professional as anyone could expect and I commend her for her experience and knowledge. My truck needed an oil change, tire rotation, tire leak and a battery problem. I delivered my truck as scheduled and Ms. Rodriguez advised she would keep me informed. I was soon notified by Ms. Rodriguez that the mechanic had discovered an ECM problem and need permission to fix it and I said yes. I completely trust Ms. Rodriguez with all her experience and the mechanics they are the very best in the business. I was notified in a few days by Ms. Rodriguez that my truck was ready that the battery was replaced, the tire leak fixed, the tires rotated and a new ECM installed. I would like to say Ms. Rodriguez always gives a complete breakdown on repairs and thoroughly goes over the maintenance invoice. The mechanic that fixed my truck is a most outstanding professional and I have never experienced any problems or been concerned with their repairs. The service area is very well organized and managed and provides the very best repair service. Ms. Rodriguez is the very best service associate I have ever done business with. She is highly experienced, a very pleasant demeanor with a smile that sets the tone for all business transactions. The mechanics are the very best, they know how to troubleshoot and repair all maintenance discrepancies. The shuttle service is the very best always great drivers that are very pleasant to ride with and the driver I rode with had been retired and came back to help because the regular driver was on vacation. The young man that brought my truck forward from the service area was pleasant, professional and very courteous. I would commend AutoNation South with having exceptional employees in all areas of service there exists a genuine atmosphere of harmony that makes a customer feel right at home. I’d like to take this time to say a special thanks for Misty my sales person and to Wagner Cadillac. First off the 2021 Cadillac Escalade is a highly sought out vehicle and I would compare this to the Playstation 5 as you would have to line out 24hrs outside to get one. But like myself I did not pre order my Escalade therefore I had to call 27 Dealership around the world looking for one and when I called Wagner and spoke to Misty. Let me tell you her customer service skills and approach to customer far exceeded my expectations. I say that after calling 27 dealership and speaking to so many different sales person they all sound worn out and a bit irritated but after explaining everything I wanted to Misty. She took the time to just listen to what I was looking for and THANK YOU GOD!!!!! She said she has one that a customer backed out on so I can have that one. I waited about a month for the vehicle to be made and all that time she had an open communication and answered all my nagging text about the vehicle. Mind you, I drove 188 miles from Houston to Tyler, TX which was all worth it. Not even all my Cadillac dealers in Houston can compete with customer service. She gave a new meaning to customer satisfaction. I say the same for the entire Wagner Cadillac Family as I walked in you can tell their not there just to sell a car one time. Their goal was to build a relationship which they’ve one cause after my CTS-V lease is up I will be coming back. Thank you again Misty for everything and I’m very happy with my truck.
