Sales experience was fantastic The service department was horrible Vehicle was supposed to have been put through a 130 point inspection Air filter, and cabin filter were filthy and blocked Truck getti was horrible Vehicle was supposed to have been put through a 130 point inspection Air filter, and cabin filter were filthy and blocked Truck getting no air flow therefore after only 200 miles service engine light came on. Computer showed particulate matter in exhaust system. Once the filters were changed and the filter compartment was full of debris the truck was able to regen correctly and service engine light turned off. I called and talked to service manager Michael who informed me that this was not his problem since it was used vehicle. He was rude and very unprofesssional. We did a complete service and changed oil (which was black), all filters including fuel filter which should have been dine at the dealership. I spoke to Madison who was very apologetic about condition of truck at delivery. Paperwork with sale stated all of these things had been checked. Obviously that was untrue. More
