I know that sounds a bit over-the-top but it's true. The most recent service experience was no different. Thanks! We also have several cars with extended warranty contracts being serviced by Dick Smith Nissan of Lexington.

Took truck in for a short in wiring. - gmiller112361

Took truck in for a short in wiring. Had truck 5 days. Jiggled the wire enough to eliminate the short, but did not fix the short. Already had the bill over $400 and wanted to remove the dash board (more money). Got truck back, cigarette lighter/phone changing port no longer works. Also charged $36 for "shop supplies." Since they didn't fix anything or use any actual supplies, they have agreed to refund that portion of the bill. Said "shop supplies" are automatically added to a bill and should have been removed if no supplies were used. How about only adding the supplies when they are used? No itemization because there are no actual supplies being used. Every vehicle coming into their service center will be charged this fee unless you question it. Then was offered only $3,000 as a trade-in, which is less than 50% of the value of the truck. Con-artists and criminals.

Nissan Service was closed, but Jordan & Cody at Coastal Chevrolet Service were kind enough to help me out to get me home and safely to the next day when I could get to Nissan Service. I arrive first thing in the am without an appointment and Jennifer was able to get my car checked out for me and the technician was able to resolve the problem. I emailed requesting information about the availability. A representative responded first thing the next morning. We scheduled an appointment and we were greeted by Reuben. Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. Reuben had the car cleaned before we arrived so we could see the cars full potential as an older model. There was no hassle going back and forth about price. We worked together and found a price point that we could both benefit from. We would definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

My experience with Mr. Drayton Washington and Robert Douglas, elite sales professional, at Nissan of Orangeburg was outstanding. After having two bad experiences at the dealerships located in my area, I gave a Nissan dealership(Orangeburg) another chance and they made up for previous experiences with other dealerships. I would definitely recommend buying from them and I plan to make all Nissan purchases at Nissan of Orangeburg, even with the hour drive each way. I can't say enough about the experiences. It went perfectly--without feeling a pascal of pressure and without experiencing any hassles.

Salesman Aurelio Martinez was friendly, professional, honest, informative and completely genuine. We asked so many questions and were given all the answers with a smile. We felt so comfortable discussing our needs and ideas about a vehicle with him. He showed us a few different vehicles and let us decide which one was best for us. They tack on hidden fees. Overcharged me for my trade in pay off 3x and then never paid it off. They lied about doing a safety inspection and tricked me into signing for a horrible loan rate via e signing documents which I believe they clicked and not me. Stay away there Crooks and will rip you off
