Kai Whithers was probably the best finance person we’ve ever dealt with. He let me make the decisions I wanted to have with my financing. I am very happy with that !!! I’m loving the car and loved the experience !!! My only complaint was that the piped in music was soooo loud and annoying… it was difficult to even talk over it while making the deal. This was our 3rd car purchased from a Dick Smith dealership. Thanks to everyone there for being so helpful !!! More

Excellent experience from start to finish. Took my Rogue in for service due to a recall alert I received. I was prepared to sit and wait awhile, but they had me in an out very quickly. I was pleased with the speed and courtesy.
