I had a horrible experience at Nissan and if I could give 0 stars, I would. Never have I ever had an experience this bad. I was given two bad batteries in a row on warranty and was told by the manager to go 0 stars, I would. Never have I ever had an experience this bad. I was given two bad batteries in a row on warranty and was told by the manager to go somewhere else. I got my battery replaced after one year on warranty in December. I went to Nissan once because my car wasn't starting. They ran the battery test and the battery passed so they couldn't replace it, which I understood. I then specifically asked if anything else had to be replaced, to which Kenneth said no. Three days later, on a Saturday, my car didn't start. I called Triple A and the man who came out to my car told me my battery was horrible, the terminals needed to be replaced, and this was poor maintenance. He told me not to go back to whoever works on my car because it shouldn't look this bad. So, I called Nissan of Greer crying out of frustration because 3 days prior they said my car was perfectly fine and now it wasn't starting. The manager told me “not to fret”. I told him not to tell me that when I have to come twice for the exact same problem when I was previously told everything was fine. He then said, “I told you the same thing five times already and if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else”. (This was not Kenneth.) That next Monday I brought my car in after having it jumped. Kenneth and the other man up front said they would work on my car and see what's wrong. After a couple of hours they called me and said my terminals, driving belt, sparks, battery, and one other thing needed to be replaced. So, a week prior they said nothing was wrong with my car and nothing needed to be replaced. Now, Kenneth is telling me five things need to be replaced. This tells me that the first time around they didn't even properly look at my car, because if they did everything would have been replaced the first time around. I had to take time off work and receive less of a paycheck because of someone was being lazy on my car. I paid for the replacements and got a new battery. After what the manager told me, I wasn't going to come back EVER unless there was an additional problem with the battery I have on warranty. Last week, my battery wasn't starting AGAIN. So, I had to take time off of work again, to get the same problem resolved. When explaining that I think I have a dead battery to Kenneth, he told me the chances of that are one in a million since it was already replaced. Though, he said he would look at it. He then called me to say that the battery was bad and they couldn't figure out what's wrong with the car. It's obvious that no one really knows what's going on with my car. I've always tried to keep my car in good condition and have always worked with Nissan. After this, never will I ever give my money to Nissan ever again. After the manager told me that if I don't like it I can go somewhere else, if I have any future problems, I will go to JiffyLube or Firestone. Again, Kenneth was professional but whoever worked on my car was being lazy and no one wanted to take the time to thoroughly check my vehicle. The manager was very rude and I don't think would have told me “not to fret” if I were a man. I have a follow up one month from now to check on my battery so hopefully I won't have to have my battery replaced for a third time. More
