At first my experience with Kenny Ross Nissan went downhill. The advisor misread and missed a few notes on the inspection report. Upon leaving the dealership, after waiting 3 hours, I still had pulsation in the brakes. I called to speak with the service manager who took care of everything in a timely manner and even had someone come pick up my vehicle! <-- This will keep me coming back, knowing they will make a situation right when they are in the wrong.
