Upon reading the many wonderful reviews on Diehl Kia of Beaver, we took a ride over. Upon arriving on the car lot, we were greeted by a young, mature and very knowledgeable Damian Southwick. He answered every question in great detail and answered questions on things we didn't even realize to ask. From the beginning of our introduction to the end, we were treated with great respect and loved our new experience with Damian at Diehl. We custom ordered a 2025 Kia Carnival, which arrived weeks in advance to our great surprise and complete amazement. I would recommend Dia Kia of Beaver to anyone.

I purchased a K5 had a trade and paid rest cash in full! The car had a sunroof problem they ordered part had to go back week later to fix. I had a year bumper to bumper warranty. As I drove car for one week started hearing the AC/heater had a gurgling sound when I took car back for repair of sunroof I asked them to repair the AC issue. Talk about poor service, I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. They wanted nothing to do with it. They just didn’t care. Why give a warranty? I plan to get rid of this car as I feel that the humming is going to get worse. The sound should not be there. I will not purchase another from them nor will refer anyone to them. They just want the money from you and your on your own if something goes wrong.

I purchased a 2025 Kia Seltos EX from Monroeville Kia. I had not bought a car in over 18 years, so the new cars looked like spaceships compared to what I was used to driving. My salesman, Robert, was wonderful. I first stopped into the showroom in the evening, and he sat in the car with me and patiently showed me all of the features. I test drove the car a few days later, along with 2 different cars from another dealer. I decided on the Seltos, and Robert helped me to get what I wanted. When I bought the car, he went over everything again so that I felt confident driving it. I would definitely recommend Monroeville Kia and also say to ask for Robert.

I placed a custom order through the manager of this dealership and I didn't realize the extra $1k add-ons until after the purchase (basic things like carpet that I thought was part of the package for the SX trim). They've been lying to me throughout this process and it's been a month since I bought this with no progress. No customer service here... they didn't inspect the vehicle to compare it to my actual order, a manager lied to me on the day of purchase saying the parts dept. was closed but they'll "take care of it" on the following Monday, didn't follow-up with me after the purchase, lying to me about how they're making calls to fix this.

I just purchased a 2023 Sorento from Cochran Kia. They made the car buying process straightforward and fair. They even corrected an error that occurred in the finance office, giving me a better deal than expected due to a year end Kia Incentive. Long story short, I was charged $500 more than I should have been. I discovered the error, and informed my sales associate. I also asked him to pass along the information to his manager. Naturally, I thought the worst, and did not expect to hear back. This morning, I received a call from the general sales manager, and was informed I would receive a check in the mail for $500 plus the extra tax I paid. They could have chose to do nothing, but instead, they acted with integrity and made the situation right. I appreciate that honest approach throughout the entire process, and will choose Cochran Kia again in the future.

(Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!
