Emilio was *mostly* great with information about the electric cars available, explaining all the options in great detail, except some of his knowledge about the charging equipment was incorrect. [We had been to three other dealerships where the salespeople could not answer basic questions about the electric cars we were interested in.] *However, when we got home, after purchasing the car, we realized that a very important detail was overlooked: charging the car. Emilio had misunderstood the equipment that was included in the sale. He thought what was included would allow us to charge at home, but it was something different. Therefore, we got home on a Friday night, thinking we could charge the car, only to find (after lots of Kia tutorial videos and Chat GPT) that we had to research chargers ourselves and purchase the necessary gear for on Amazon ($200+). This was incredibly frustrating after the sale that, otherwise, he seemed very knowledgeable about. Emilio responded the next day (Saturday morning) to our inquiries over the weekend as we tried to figure out how to solve this problem, but the dealership was not willing to just deliver us what we needed. We had not known that this was not part of the deal we were making as we purchased the car. Otherwise, Emilio was a lovely person to work with, answered questions directly and honestly, without making us feel like we were being "negotiated with" (as other dealerships sometimes feel) throughout the process. If you are looking for a SMALL electric vehicle, we learned that you have to do your own homework because every dealership only has good information and experience on their BIG cars. Between all of the dealerships we shopped at, Emilio was the most knowledgeable person who we dealt with.

These guys are literally angels. I have been fighting for a newer to me car for the past couple months around uniontown where I’m located with no luck, and they made it happen. Jacob Borden is a top tier salesman and made it as stress-free as possible. He stayed over late last night just to make sure the deal went through. And the financing guy, David Debruyn worked very hard to ensure it did too, on top of hooking me up with the best deal they had for me. There was no rushing me into making a decision, or trying to upsell me when I said I couldn’t afford to do that. If I could rate these guys and this dealership 100 stars I would. And will definitely recommend everyone to go here. Definitely worth the 1.5-2hr drive. Thank you guys so much again!

Andrea worked diligently with us to ensure we purchased the correct SUV for our needs. She thoroughly knows the ins and out of the SUV we selected and for the questions she did not know regarding warranty, she went and found the answers for us. We appreciated her going above and beyond when she understood our crazy family schedule and met us at our home with the car to make sure our children fit safely in the car. She worked with us and the detailers at Jim Shorkey to have the car immaculate at pick-up. She met with her manager, Pete, to help us have a more positive experience regarding a trade-in. Andrea went over the technology on the car with me and stated if I had any further questions, I could reach out to her in the future. Exceptional customer service, courteous family atmosphere, fair and honest sales practice. Best buying experience I’ve had in my 50 years buying vehicles. Grant, the sales associate who handled the sale of my 2025 Sportage Prestige Hybrid was excellent. He was patient, thorough and accommodating. I never felt rushed or pressured by Grant or the financial associate answered every question asked and never tried to force unwanted options on my wife and I during the purchase. We drove 3 hrs. to the dealership and I couldn’t have been more pleased to have do so. Thank Grant and team Renn Kirby for an awesome buying experience.

Not the dealer it once was! Had previously done excellent work for preventive maintenance and repairs. NOW: will not honor long-time commitment for lifetime oil changes. What else has failed? New owner/manager expects customers to keep the paperwork he threw out when taking over. Now he is "taking" the customers that once came. Not me - I'm done with Brown-Daub Kia! He will find out that it is harder to get a new customer than to keep one - and every one lost is multiplied by the bad publicity he created for himself.

Extremely disappointing experience — rude and unprofessional management. I came to Lehighton Kia to help a family member who was seriously considering a lease, and while our salesperson Sam was courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, the experience was completely ruined by the behavior of the sales manager, Billy. He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — speaking to us in a condescending and disrespectful tone that made it clear he had no interest in earning our business. Despite Sam’s best efforts, we ultimately walked out because of Billy’s behavior. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice. Respect and professionalism should be the baseline — not the exception.

I asked to leave and they had my keys in the office every single time I tried to leave I couldn't leave i asked for them so many times I couldn't believe it! I will never be back keep your crappy free oil change. Is it really that hard to sell a Kia? I've never felt more taken advantage of and worried then this dealership. I just purchased a 2023 Sorento from Cochran Kia. They made the car buying process straightforward and fair. They even corrected an error that occurred in the finance office, giving me a better deal than expected due to a year end Kia Incentive. Long story short, I was charged $500 more than I should have been. I discovered the error, and informed my sales associate. I also asked him to pass along the information to his manager. Naturally, I thought the worst, and did not expect to hear back. This morning, I received a call from the general sales manager, and was informed I would receive a check in the mail for $500 plus the extra tax I paid. They could have chose to do nothing, but instead, they acted with integrity and made the situation right. I appreciate that honest approach throughout the entire process, and will choose Cochran Kia again in the future.

I ultimately chose to stay with my car (I guess I'm not an SUV guy) he was the same jovial nice guy to me amd totally understood and respected my opinion. No pressure here, tne guy who looked at my car as a possible trade gave me my key back amd said ur car is really nice and very clean. These people are really good guys, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no pressure sales team. They are very professional! I hope they sell a lot of cars! 2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!
