I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership, specifically the Sales Department, following the purchase of my brand-new vehicle. At the time of delivery, I was only provided with one dealership, specifically the Sales Department, following the purchase of my brand-new vehicle. At the time of delivery, I was only provided with one key and was assured the second would be handled promptly. What should have been a simple and routine request (that needed approval from Sales) turned into over a month long ordeal marked by poor communication and a complete lack of follow through from the Sales Department. I made multiple phone calls, sent several emails, left voicemails, and even submitted online inquiries requesting an update. Despite these repeated efforts, I was consistently met with silence or confusion. On several occasions, my calls were transferred to extensions where no one answered, and messages left with other sales staff who assured me they would personally pass them along, which also resulted in no response whatsoever. Each time I followed up, I was met with the same frustrating outcome: no one seemed to know anything about my situation, and no one took ownership of resolving it. It took over a month just to receive any kind of update on something that should have been addressed immediately. The only department that demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to help was the Parts Department. They were responsive, informative, and ultimately the only reason this issue saw any progress at all. The Sales Department, however, showed a clear lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. For a dealership selling brand-new vehicles, this level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from here, especially if you expect any level of support after the sale is complete. More
There is not one good thing to say about location. Service department is horrible, embarrassing work from the mechanics, they’ll charge you thousands more than any other private mechanic. I bought my 2013 Sorento used in 2015. I was thrilled with the vehicle for many years. Recently, the motor went which was covered under a recall. I was thrilled to hear KIA would cover I was thrilled with the vehicle for many years. Recently, the motor went which was covered under a recall. I was thrilled to hear KIA would cover the new motor. My Sorento was towed to Kia of West Chester on Oct 16th. At that point I received a phone call 2 weeks later saying they installed the wrong motor. They were waiting on a new motor. After 2 more weeks, my vehicle was done. I picked it up and 2 days later the check engine light came on. I brought it back and the "thermostat" was bad. 2 days later, the check engine light came back on with the same P255 code. "It could be the 02 sensor." I had the 02 sensor replaced on my own. That didn't fix the problem. Fast forward to January 21st and my vehicle is showing "bad gas." After 3 months, this was the diagnosis? I've put premium gas from Sunoco in 4 times. The dealership still says it is bad gas. KIA of West Chester said I could replace the fuel tank or get it cleaned for roughly $1,000-1,300. They have no idea how to fix the issue. In the mean time, I had to get it inspected. My mechanic said they installed the wrong size spark plugs when putting in the motor and the engine is getting 30-40% more fuel dumped in to the motor. I've shared all of this information to the dealership. I could not be more frustrated with KIA of West Chester! More

My experience recently at this dealership was horrible. They tried to lie to me about my contract and scam me into paying for a service that is free. My radio was also broken and they told me that it was fixed when in reality the issue worsened and there is now new issues. Peter was very unprofessional and did not treat me well. Proceeded to flirt with me and said “will you lie for me when we send you the survey and give me 5 stars” knowing that it was a bad experience. If you are a woman, bring a man with you!!! Would leave 0 stars if possible. More

This dealership helped me out more than words can explain. I came in and didn’t know what I wanted just what I wanted the car to have as features and they helped me decide between multiple options an explain.
