Do not purchase a car from Jim Norton Toyota. They told me that my car passed their inspection but days after buying the car, service icons came up on the dashboard and I had to take the car in to be serviced. I took my car to a Honda dealership and they couldn’t believe that I just purchased my vehicle. My car did not pass Honda’s inspection and Honda found a list of issues with the vehicle; there was an oil pump leak, the car had a faulty sub relay box, both rain edges needed to be replaced, and the rear shocks were leaking. I had to pay over $3,000 in repairs for a vehicle I just purchased. In addition, their customer service, especially over the phone is horrendous. I was repeatedly transferred, told a manager would call me(they never did), and no one ever returned my voicemails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I am considering taking legal action to hold Jim Norton accountable.
