She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured at any point. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and welcoming. I genuinely felt like they cared about helping me find the right vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Sunni if you’re in the market for a new ride!

This is our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Jim Norton. We are friends of the owners. I had a terrible experience with my salesperson - I had to email the director of sales and I am waiting on a response back. The sell sheet that was given to us is not the car we purchased and we just found this out when we went to get the vehicle registered and it wasn’t insured because the VIN number we were given was different than what is on the actual car. I am honestly appalled at the lack of customer service from my salesman after the potential for commission was gone. I haven’t gotten a response in over a month from him. Shocking.

Salesman STEVE is great to work with and listens to what you want he didn’t try to pressure us into a vehicle we did not want. Thanks STEVE. Not: I would not give the service department the same rating though.

I took my van in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment. It took them over 3 hours to do a simple oil change and tie rotation. There were people who got there after me who left just under an hour after arriving while I was still sitting there waiting.

Trevor in the service department handled my stressful situation very well. I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
