I had a wonderful experience. Amanda and the whole crew were amazing to me. They kept me informed about the warranty and updated me on their progress. Amanda also sent me concerns about my brakes needing the drums turned and new pads. I was able to get that taken care of at the same time my motor was being repaired. I would recommend them to anyone! In my opinion they went the extra mile and I appreciated it so much. I have my car back and it’s running great. Thank you!

The Crew at Freedom Durant really really go above and beyond to help their customers find the car they are needing. Salesman Adam Barnett greeted soon as I walked into parking lot. Adam listened and got right to work on getting me into a brand new car. Dalton in finance broke down all payment options, financing terms and answers any questions I had. I can’t praise these guys enough for making the process quick and easy. These guys really made you feel like family and will definitely do business again at Freedom.

Always eager to help in anyway they can. Super helpful and caring. These are the nicest people we have ever done business with. Today we dropped in to make an appointment for an oil change but instead of having to come back another day we were asked if we would be ok with the oil change being done now. That’s not the norm. Then we asked our salesman to help with sinking my new phone because I’m not tech savvy. He was more than happy to help. So in about a half hour we were on our way with fresh oil and a new phone hooked up to our Bluetooth. Greatest service ever. Love my Durango too!

He is always available and will do everything in his power to get any issue solved. This dealership is hands down the best. I wish I was allowed to give more stars !!

Liars. Four wasted trips. Told I would revive a check for the MULTIPLE wasted trips. Bought a Renagade paperwork said VW Passat. Two weeks later have lots of dashboard lights come on. Was told to bring it up. I did nothing was done. My paperwork hasn’t went through. Why could they look that up with me three but not in the phone BEFORE I drive 40 min for NOTHING? Joe Smelling is a liar and uncaring person. He only worries about money. On Google I got a generic response like people are getting here. Do NOT use the dealership. Ever. I’m told to calm down and my attitude is not needed but keep getting told LIES, wasted trips to do NOTHING to my car. I’m begging you go elsewhere. I am reviewing them EVERYWHERE I can. Terrible place!
