Got treated pretty well very good service purchasing. The car was pretty fast. Wasn’t really a whole lot of time consuming like I had with Ford that lasted longer than I thought. Same with Renee Nissan. It took a long time as well, but not so bad at Lima Auto Mall service was pretty fast wasn’t slow dealership was pretty fast not really slow so everything went smoothly unlike my other experiences with dealerships.

Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the dealership is taking steps to correct any of the issues that we may have had upon delivery, so once things got in the correct channels so it could be resolved they are working on it. Glad that it got to the correct person and they are taking care of it, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the pickup at the end of the day and we appreciate that.

Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed.
