My Ford Edge was in for a recall. I cannot say enough about the extensive work that was done by the service department (specifically Mike Brandvold with his team) to complete the multi-faceted task. Mike worked long and hard and kept me in the loop. I live in Parma and have been a Klaben Ford and Chrysler customer for years because of the trust I have in everyone I've had the opportunity to deal with.

Nate was funny, he was helping and he made sure i understood the process i was going through as it was my first time buying a car! Did a great job getting the truck fixed right and fast. Only complaint is they asked if I wanted it washed and I told them yes. Got the truck back and it wasn't washed. Thats the 2nd time this has happened. If your not gonna wash it don't ask if I want it washed. Other than that great job!
