I recently completed a vehicle purchase at this dealership, and what happened afterward was deeply concerning. My salesperson, Nicky, was unable to complete my sale within the agreed 90‑minute w dealership, and what happened afterward was deeply concerning. My salesperson, Nicky, was unable to complete my sale within the agreed 90‑minute window and moved on to another customer. Because of that, the “required” app setup was never completed. When I attempted to finish it myself later, the app told me to contact an agent. When I reached an online representative, I was told the dealership still had steps to finalize. I emailed Nicky asking her to complete whatever was needed. Instead of contacting me, she logged in as me, checked consent boxes in my name, and digitally signed my name without my knowledge or authorization. There is never a legitimate reason for a dealership employee to impersonate a customer or sign anything on their behalf. If something required my approval, I should have been contacted directly. What makes this worse is that, while I was still at the dealership, Nicky casually mentioned that some dealerships “just sign customers up for the app” and that if that happens, I should reset the password. That comment now feels like an admission that this behavior is normalized. Customers deserve honesty and transparency. No dealership should be posing as the customer, checking consent boxes, or signing a customer’s name. This experience has raised serious concerns about their practices. More

Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the dealership is taking steps to correct any of the issues that we may have had upon delivery, so once things got in the correct channels so it could be resolved they are working on it. Glad that it got to the correct person and they are taking care of it, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the pickup at the end of the day and we appreciate that. More

I bought a brand new Jeep from them and it has been there for service three times already in less than 2,700 miles, twice for the same issue. Had to wait nearly a week to get it serviced because they had no for service three times already in less than 2,700 miles, twice for the same issue. Had to wait nearly a week to get it serviced because they had no rental to give me while my car was there. The past two service visits they didn’t have the curtesy to wash my car which used to be the normal thing to do. I bought a brand new car and have been inconvenienced three times to take it in, I expected better from their new state of the art service facility and building. We have bought several vehicles from here but unless we see something change will most likely shop other dealers first. More

I recently purchased a used Toyota 4 Runner from Nikki and she was excellent. Not pushy, extremely friendly and courteous to me and my son. She stayed late on a week night and with the help of Jeff the fi and she was excellent. Not pushy, extremely friendly and courteous to me and my son. She stayed late on a week night and with the help of Jeff the finance officer, we walked out with the car. She has followed up asking how we like the car and that if we need anything to let her know. Usually buying a car isn’t a pleasant experience but it was for me. A big thank you to Nikki and Jeff. More
