I purchased my first Toyota in 2006. Over the course of my ownership, Victory Toyota (formerly Metro) has performed all the services on my vehicle. This past week was no exception; I brought the car in for diagnostic evaluation of an issue that developed; Tony, my service rep, discovered a problem that was too costly to repair on a car of this age. I have researched leasing vs ownership and decided to lease a vehicle at this time. Ryan, the sales manager, Grant my product specialist and Justin, my finance manager helped me navigate through the process with ease. In about 4 hours, I drove home in a new vehicle. My experience with Victory Toyota has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing this relationship in the years ahead.

Been a customer since 1999 with the purchase of a Corolla. Daughter has been them also for 5 leases over the years from the infamous Larry Reed in new cars. I got another in 2013. Has a few instances to deal with body shop. Always the best service we could expect. My latest was a replacement passenger side outside mirror. Joey handled it in short order and perfect replacement was done. Couldn’t imagine better service anywhere. Thanks to all in the operation for professional treatment.

Th where very polite and helpful. The service writer keep me informed and work, with me when the Toyota supply chain let the service department down. Six days to get a water pump is just wrong.(thats the polite way to say it) Dealership is great supply chain sucks.

I had an issue with my Toyota Venza 2021 Bluetooth - Genelius

I had an issue with my Toyota Venza 2021 Bluetooth specifically calling on my phone from Bluetooth. It was not working. I went through every YouTube and Google suggestion and work two hours trying to solve it. I was so frustrated. So I took it to the classic Toyota service department. The first service department person Told me they had just the person to fix it. 45 seconds later. Nate Babic, the customer service manager showed up with the smile and said he is going to solve this problem for me. No doubt. He got in my car and tried a lot of different methods. He was having trouble fixing it because it seemed to be a very odd occurrence. But he’s told me he wasn’t going to give up and he tried numerous programs, including connecting his phone to my car. Unbelievably and thankfully he fixed it for me. I could call anyone I wanted with the touch of the button again finally. He was the most genuinely pleasant gentleman with great professionalism and determination to help me with my problem. He was such a pleasure to work with and he truly did the job with a smile and a laugh. Great job Nate. You are a great symbol of great customer service and reason why we continue to return to classic Toyota for our auto needs. Thanks thanks thanks
