Sales & Service very good. Did right by me and I would buy there again! I had an issue right after I purchased the car. Contacted my sales person, she contacted her sales manger and he contacted me back very quickly. Got an apptmnt set up same day. Nate in service got the car in quickly, diagnosed the problem, discussed with me and had it taken care of by the next day. The dealership stood by their product, took care of the problems without hesitation or trying to hassle about the cost. I was very impressed and would return for future purchases when the time comes.

Cleo was an excellent salesman, kind, friendly and very knowledgable about the car I was buying, test drive was great and he was informative and able to give a lot of detail on all my questions. I was at the dealership for over 6 hours, coming from PA 2 hours away, so it was a long day. The agency could allow for more transparency in regards to the details of lenders, including which banks were approached with specific percentages and details. Also add-ons was not discussed with transparency and there was a rush with everything that needed signed. I became aware of details I did not agree to with significant financial impact on the bill of sale and when I stopped the process, the Manager came over and we discussed it and it was removed before signing without further problems. I almost left the lot without being provided with any paperwork, but I returned and then received copies promptly. It was great that Financing was able to transfer my numberplate before leaving. I will recommend this dealership and Cleo to others but would like to see more transparency towards overwhelmed buyers. So far, a week in, I am very happy with my buy.

Buying a car is often a stressful endeavor, but not this time. I was met with a warm, and knowledgeable sales consultant/Cory. He listened to my needs/wants and kept looking for the right SUV. The whole process was seamless. Talking to the finance department was enlightening as he went thru what I was purchasing and even tips on credit management. They went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured, rushed or overwhelmed with information. 5 times since I bought my car there they did not rotate the tires when they said they did. I started marking my tires the second time and confronted them after that. I recently had service done and they are always trying to get me to pay for unnecessary services and treat me like an idiot. I had fluid flinging all around the underneath of my car and they said it was fine. Took it to another deal ship and they found a hole in the axel and are fixing it and it’s under my warranty.
