If you are trying to get service done on your vehicle good luck. Go somewhere else. This service department will take a week to "diagnose the problem", will empty a full tank of gas in that time, will le good luck. Go somewhere else. This service department will take a week to "diagnose the problem", will empty a full tank of gas in that time, will leave the items that were in your centre console strewn about all over the cabin, and the ultimate outcome is - They can't diagnose it. Months later, I attempted to get more work done and was transferred from phone to phone to phone only to be sent to voicemail for a man who was never in his office. And never returned my phone calls. By about the 9'th day I gave up. Go somewhere else. These people are HORRIBLE at their job. Now, If you want auto body work done... This *IS* the place. A separate building, separate crew of team members. A gentleman there answered my call right away, and got the work that I needed on my Jeep (removing some running boards) completed in the span of 10 minutes. He and the mechanic deserved the $80 tip they received for 10 minutes of work because GREAT work isn't appreciated enough, particularly when clowns running the entire operation keep the skilled workers tucked away in the back, in a separate much smaller building. To The Jerks At The Service Department - Particularly The Man Running The Operation. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A *PENNY* FROM ME. More
Kinda bated me in at a price and when I got there told me they had to charge me more for ceramic coating and theft protection that I told them I didn't want but they said they have to charge me for it. Becau they had to charge me more for ceramic coating and theft protection that I told them I didn't want but they said they have to charge me for it. Because its already on the vehicle. Then lied to me about how long it lasted after looking at contract is half the time they told me. If you buy from them. Do your research first don't get scammed and lied to by them. Remember there cars all over the place for sale. More
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jeff Wyler Used Car Megastore while trying to purchase a vehicle after mine was totaled from being rear-ended. Like many customers, I trusted their cla Wyler Used Car Megastore while trying to purchase a vehicle after mine was totaled from being rear-ended. Like many customers, I trusted their claims about a “multipoint inspection” and expected a certain level of safety and reliability. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. Over the course of a weekend, I test drove several vehicles. One in particular, a Kia Q4 or Q5, was so unsafe it should never have been on the lot. The brakes and rotors were clearly shot. You could feel the grinding immediately just driving through the lot, and it was loud enough to hear with the windows up. It was obvious this vehicle needed immediate repair, yet it was still being shown and offered for sale. That alone made me question how thorough (or honest) their inspection process really is. We ultimately purchased a Jaguar XE 25t for our 16-year-old son, thinking we found a great deal. However, we quickly discovered a major issue that was never disclosed: the key fob does not unlock the driver’s door. Our son is literally forced to climb in through another door just to get into the car. I thought no big deal, we purchased the 6 month dealer warranty, well when we brought this to their attention, instead of addressing the issue, they ran to pull our financial agreement and argued that we didn’t purchase an additional warranty for electrical components. This was incredibly frustrating, as this is a basic functionality issue that should have been disclosed, or better yet, fixed before the car was ever sold. When I mentioned leaving a review about this experience, they showed zero concern, which speaks volumes about how they treat their customers after the sale. To make matters worse, just a few days later when we took the car in for an oil change, we discovered it has an oil leak. Again, something that absolutely should have been caught and addressed during their so-called multipoint inspection. When my son brought the vehicle back to them, we were told they wanted to keep the car, but couldn’t even give a timeline for when it would be looked at. This is completely unrealistic. We rely on that vehicle, and I am still without a car myself since mine was totaled. My son and I had been sharing a vehicle, and now this situation has forced me into rushing another purchase. I originally planned to buy my replacement vehicle from Jeff Wyler as well, but after this experience, there is no chance I will give them any more of my money. Between unsafe vehicles on the lot, undisclosed issues, lack of accountability, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!!! More

My car was delivered from Cincinnati to Columbus and got in it and it immediately overheated. Jeff the salesperson said they had no overheating problem when they delivered it, extremely had to believe. They in it and it immediately overheated. Jeff the salesperson said they had no overheating problem when they delivered it, extremely had to believe. They had me take to the local dealer in Columbus who acknowledged the problem, they tried their best to fix it, but couldn't and the dealer in Cincinnati said too bad it's as is and we wash our hands after they knew there was a problem and agreed to fix it. A deer ran into my car, over the hood and damaged things under the hood 2 years ago. We have a LIFETIME warranty for powertrain. Numerous times it's broke down and been in the shop there. A few times they found nothing wrong and we still had to pay for the diagnostic time, even though they couldn't do so. We've had months at a time without my car. We've even taken it to 2 other places. We knew if they kept messing around and not fixing it the engine would finally blow. In May 2025 it went in once again, inoperable. Thankfully we have our lifetime warranty! Final result- could you see this coming? My engine is blown. Now the warranty company has decided that the lifetime warranty is not really lifetime. It's only until they are tired of paying for repairs. The decision was made that they will pay me what they believe my car is worth and cancel the contract. How nice of them. ************************************** Here is where Wyler comes in. They are charging me nearly 3 Thousand for repairs that did not repair my car. Oh and it gets better, the warranty company sent My check to Wyler who is holding it hostage until I pay them 3k!!!!! 🤬 My car is sitting there with the engine out. They said the warranty company directed me to pay them first, then I can get the check. Jeff Wyler Jeep failed me by not properly diagnosing my jeep, and keep it months at a time many times. They failed, my engine blew, and they expect thousands from me, and no car in return. We would not be here if they would have handled this correctly. They made fatal mistakes, then charge me and I'm left without a car and my check held hostage. Currently I'm on hold with the warranty company, it's been 1 hr and 49 minutes. They make this insanity so that you give in and they win. Please share! All I want from them is to not charge me 3k for not fixing my car and failing me. More
