We had a wonderful experience at Halleen Kia. We have been leasing vehicles from Halleen for years. We have referred several family members. From sales to financing to service, you won’t find a better dealership. Blake our salesperson, made the whole process of leasing our latest vehicle so easy. He listened to what we were looking for, the options we would use, and he made some useful suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. When we went over to financing to finish up paperwork Josh was amazing. He has the ability to explain the options available and all the financial information in easy to understand terms. He is so personable and smart. We are very happy with our vehicle.

I got an appointment very easily. Just bought this car (second telluride I’ve purchased) and my door panel is chipped very badly within the last few months seems like a manufacturer error. I hardly have passengers in my vehicle whatsoever so this does not sit right with me. Hoping this can come to a reasonable resolution. If not, I will continue to make sure this situation is heard. Justin X was walking by and I approached him, trying to see if there could be something done. He listened to my concerns, inspected it and spoke with other workers and stated I could come in on a Thursday to have someone look at it, that it wouldn’t be an exact match but something could be done. When checking out with Kristen S. She wasn’t aware of the communication had with Justin and I. Stating in my paperwork and in person that I would be responsible for the repairs at $1,290 with additional labor cost of $79. No communication that the tire rotation cost extra. Was not pleased about that. Oil change took around 1 hr 20 mins.

Most efficient and easy auto purchase I've ever made. Ethan provided customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Helpful and responsive at all times. I purchased from out-of-state and the vehicle was excellent, just as promised! I cant remeber the gentleman's name is finance but he too was superb. Documents were timely, complete, easy to understand and accurate. I've never experienced an auto purchase like this one!!!!

Second car leased from Ricart within 10 months. Staff was friendly, no pressure, and very happy with the first lease. Very satisfied with the deal and the entire process. Case is very easy to deal with. Followed-up well and was patient and prompt during the entire process. During the post sales, both Mya and Andrew were great to deal with during the paperwork process. Also a nod to Sean Johnson in sales for answering some questions and again, another positive attitude.

5 times since I bought my car there they did not rotate the tires when they said they did. I started marking my tires the second time and confronted them after that. I recently had service done and they are always trying to get me to pay for unnecessary services and treat me like an idiot. I had fluid flinging all around the underneath of my car and they said it was fine. Took it to another deal ship and they found a hole in the axel and are fixing it and it’s under my warranty.
