Set up appointment to see vehicle a week earlyer, got there vehicle not clean . Pushed to buy ( 2nd bad sign ) . Waited 2 days to be cleaned and checked out ! On way home after buying it , check engine light on. Didn't want to have them look at it ( no trust in them at all !! ) . I've now put over $3000.00 in fixing a 2019 vehicle. Vehicle wasn't checked out at all , possibly oil change , not sure if they even did that.

we highly recommend Kevin Peavy at Voss Chevy! We hated the thought of a new car purchase at the moment so we decided on a used car. During our search we came across a car of interest at Voss. Kevin was our salesman and we cannot be happier with our entire experience. The typical "used car salesman" stereotype goes completely out the window with Kevin. He is incredibly up front, personable and professional. He turned everything into a friendship experience instead of just a purchase. We decided against the original car and ended up purchasing a larger vehicle....NO pressure from Kevin at all. He is a very "this is going to be your purchase, going to be your car, YOU have to be happy with what you buy" type of salesman. Voss has a great staff member - not just a salesman - in Kevin!

I’m choosing 1 star because I can’t leave a 0. Service department manager is very rude and unprofessional. Do not buy from here I got a hybrid car 6 months ago which we was told this was the car they could get us in even though it was more money then the car we went there to look at. Already had my screen replaced using third party warranty to get it fixed. Now my ev mode doesn’t work and I’m being told since I have had my car 6 months that I crushed a heater water coolant pipe that’s why my ev mode doesn’t work and that my third party warranty won’t cover it due to it being done by outside source. Management was rude to us and said it was not their problem since I’ve had the car a year which we told him no we have only had it 6 months but Manager said that’s a year. We have had an oil change done and that would not have anything to do with pipe. So now I have a hybrid car that they sold me with this problem and the electric part of it doesn’t work and nobody wants to fix it so what good is it to have a hybrid car when it is not working in electric mode. Don’t buy from here very rude and didn’t do their inspection right before selling it to us. If they did the inspection right they would have known about the screen being out and a crushed pipe but they missed those issues and now it’s my problem cause they don’t do anything wrong that’s what the manager said they did their job right. I’m also being told that if I pay 1500 out of pocket it may not fix my ev mode so this is just a guess from their tech line. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Management Not Trustworthy - contacted dealer on Thursday, test drove vehicle on Friday, was told by used car manager (Storm) he would get back to me on a price for my used vehicle on Saturday. I hadn't heard anything so called on Saturday around 11AM. He gave me a price from one place and told me he was waiting to hear back from one other dealer to see if he could get more. I said that was fine and I wasn't in a rush just let me know and we will work the numbers out since we were not that far apart. Expected to get a call at the end of the day and didn't hear anything. It was Saturday and I know it's a busy day so no big deal. I got a text Monday morning from the salesman with the final numbers. I called back 10 minutes after the text and said fine, just le me know if I need to put a deposit down or what the next step was. I asked if they could look at the drivers seat because of some damage and I would call them back at lunch when I got a break. Called back and they sold it to someone else from an online application. I was stunned. I complained to the General Manager (Jason) and he just made excuses and then made remarks about me behind my back to other employees. So if they are willing to treat a combat veteran this way how do you think they will treat you? They obviously don't care about American values if it means making a few more bucks off of someone else under your nose.

Psa: Buyer beware, My husband and I went to look at the possibility of getting a new car yesterday from Serpentini Chevrolet Medina formerly known as Pat O'Brien Medina. I am a nurse working in a local hospital and we were attracted to the "first responders discount" as advertised. Well we owned a new Chevy Equinox for about 14 hours, but after careful review of our contract last night, we realized that our sales guy added not only a hidden extended warranty but also a "three for one" extra charge. An extra $3,200 charge to our end bill.These items were presented to us as "no cost" because we had an extended wait time to see the finance department and because I am the daughter of a 20+ year GM employee. Please note we were very happy with the GM Equinox and hope in the future to find another. However, it was not worth it to us to be lied to and tricked into paying an extra $3,200 when were mislead. We decided to return our new vehicle in an effort to prevent that salesman from earning commission off of us. It's sad that even during this time someone is trying to pull a fast one over on a first responder let alone any customer.

However, we have not had the vehicle 2 weeks and already have to replace a wheel bearing and brakes. I thought a dealership would have checked over all these items and told us up front if they needed replaced or would have done it during their inspection when it was traded in.

I emailed a bunch of dealers that had the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid color/options I wanted in stock. This place was the cheapest and they also were the most generous with my trade-in. Agreed on a price and on trade-in value over phone and email. I was driving from Pittsburgh and it was absolutely worth the 3 hour drive. Everything was as they had said it would be (no switching prices or adding fees or anything). Very nice facility and we were in and out in probably 1.5 hours. They were ready for us, greeted us by name, and we got right into it. The van was already detailed and ready to go. Only knock was that they wouldn't title in PA or collect PA sales tax, but I'm not sure if that's a dealer specific thing or an Ohio thing. Great dealership experience and am super happy that I chose this dealership.
