HONESTY AND INTEGRITY, it isn't dead after all!!! FAR exceeded my expectations on EVERY level, YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF!!! This dealership actually cares and demonstrated this on levels that I will honestly never forget!!! Nothing makes a woman more nervous than buying a car (especially those of us who know next to nothing about cars), and when I fell in love with an SUV at this dealership, I was cautious and nervous. Bricil put me at ease and guided me through the process with so much kindness and sincerity, I feel like I made a new friend! I felt very secure in my trade-in, a very fair exchange price was offered and the team made sure to get me in the road quickly and in my dream car. But where Serpentini earns my loyalty, and should earn your business, was what transpired after. Without getting into specifics, an issue did arise that any other dealership would have shrugged off or dismissed. John, a manager within the sales department, rose to the occasion. His dedication to my safety and my concerns was unparalleled; honestly I'm still in utter disbelief at how well I was taken care of, what lengths he went for my needs as a customer, and wish I could do more than this review. Please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy from Serpentini if you want absolute peace of mind. This car is everything I have ever wanted, and I may have found it at another dealership, but what I would not have found was this incredible dedication to customer satisfaction. You won't, either. Set up appointment to see vehicle a week earlyer, got there vehicle not clean . Pushed to buy ( 2nd bad sign ) . Waited 2 days to be cleaned and checked out ! On way home after buying it , check engine light on. Didn't want to have them look at it ( no trust in them at all !! ) . I've now put over $3000.00 in fixing a 2019 vehicle. Vehicle wasn't checked out at all , possibly oil change , not sure if they even did that.

we highly recommend Kevin Peavy at Voss Chevy! We hated the thought of a new car purchase at the moment so we decided on a used car. During our search we came across a car of interest at Voss. Kevin was our salesman and we cannot be happier with our entire experience. The typical "used car salesman" stereotype goes completely out the window with Kevin. He is incredibly up front, personable and professional. He turned everything into a friendship experience instead of just a purchase. We decided against the original car and ended up purchasing a larger vehicle....NO pressure from Kevin at all. He is a very "this is going to be your purchase, going to be your car, YOU have to be happy with what you buy" type of salesman. Voss has a great staff member - not just a salesman - in Kevin!

I had a great experience. Went in to look at the Chevy Trax and learn more about them. My sales guy Brian Cale, his co worker called him "The Chevy Guy" was great and not at all pushy. He was straight forward about things and if he didn't know the answer he wouldn't feed you a line of xx he would get the answer for you. I left there with a great deal and a great car. Everyone was fantastic to work with. One of the best Chevy dealerships I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership back in April, and was very pleased with my experience. I had a Civic previously, and the 2008 Civic they had on hand caught my eye, which was still under 100,000 miles despite its age, and was a decent price compared to other vehicles I had looked at. What made White-Allen stand out right away from the other cars I had inquired about at other dealerships was the video tour of the car I was sent. This was very helpful in giving me a first look at the vehicle and what it had to offer. I didn't have a working car at the time, and Dan Wenger was more than happy to pick me up for the test drive. He made the process of buying as quick and painless as possible. The financing officer, Justin, was also very helpful in explaining the terms and paperwork so that I could understand it. I am not an expert on purchasing vehicles by any means. The last time I did so from a dealership was in 2006. But all it took was the better part of an afternoon and I drove the car home that day. It's been a few months, and my only (very minor) issue with the vehicle is that the low tire pressure sensor seems to be a little overly sensitive. White-Allen would definitely be at the top of my list to buy a vehicle from again when the time comes.

Management Not Trustworthy - contacted dealer on Thursday, test drove vehicle on Friday, was told by used car manager (Storm) he would get back to me on a price for my used vehicle on Saturday. I hadn't heard anything so called on Saturday around 11AM. He gave me a price from one place and told me he was waiting to hear back from one other dealer to see if he could get more. I said that was fine and I wasn't in a rush just let me know and we will work the numbers out since we were not that far apart. Expected to get a call at the end of the day and didn't hear anything. It was Saturday and I know it's a busy day so no big deal. I got a text Monday morning from the salesman with the final numbers. I called back 10 minutes after the text and said fine, just le me know if I need to put a deposit down or what the next step was. I asked if they could look at the drivers seat because of some damage and I would call them back at lunch when I got a break. Called back and they sold it to someone else from an online application. I was stunned. I complained to the General Manager (Jason) and he just made excuses and then made remarks about me behind my back to other employees. So if they are willing to treat a combat veteran this way how do you think they will treat you? They obviously don't care about American values if it means making a few more bucks off of someone else under your nose.

Psa: Buyer beware, My husband and I went to look at the possibility of getting a new car yesterday from Serpentini Chevrolet Medina formerly known as Pat O'Brien Medina. I am a nurse working in a local hospital and we were attracted to the "first responders discount" as advertised. Well we owned a new Chevy Equinox for about 14 hours, but after careful review of our contract last night, we realized that our sales guy added not only a hidden extended warranty but also a "three for one" extra charge. An extra $3,200 charge to our end bill.These items were presented to us as "no cost" because we had an extended wait time to see the finance department and because I am the daughter of a 20+ year GM employee. Please note we were very happy with the GM Equinox and hope in the future to find another. However, it was not worth it to us to be lied to and tricked into paying an extra $3,200 when were mislead. We decided to return our new vehicle in an effort to prevent that salesman from earning commission off of us. It's sad that even during this time someone is trying to pull a fast one over on a first responder let alone any customer.

However, we have not had the vehicle 2 weeks and already have to replace a wheel bearing and brakes. I thought a dealership would have checked over all these items and told us up front if they needed replaced or would have done it during their inspection when it was traded in.

I emailed a bunch of dealers that had the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid color/options I wanted in stock. This place was the cheapest and they also were the most generous with my trade-in. Agreed on a price and on trade-in value over phone and email. I was driving from Pittsburgh and it was absolutely worth the 3 hour drive. Everything was as they had said it would be (no switching prices or adding fees or anything). Very nice facility and we were in and out in probably 1.5 hours. They were ready for us, greeted us by name, and we got right into it. The van was already detailed and ready to go. Only knock was that they wouldn't title in PA or collect PA sales tax, but I'm not sure if that's a dealer specific thing or an Ohio thing. Great dealership experience and am super happy that I chose this dealership.
