Jim Harlow was an amazing sales person my schedule is crazy working out of town 6 to 7 days week but he was patient and professionally with me walking me though every set. Then we decided and changed our mind on 3 different vehicles before we finally found the one we wanted and still never tried to push us into anything we didn't want just reminded us to take our time and he would make everything happen once we decided and he did great. Then Andrew the finance manager took his time and explained everything to me as we went along. I would recommend this car lot to anyone. So if you want a car stop in they will treat you right

Purchased a used vehicle from Roy at this dealership. Roy was great, answered all our questions, got our monthly price under what we wanted. Overall great experience with him. However, we have not had the vehicle 2 weeks and already have to replace a wheel bearing and brakes. I thought a dealership would have checked over all these items and told us up front if they needed replaced or would have done it during their inspection when it was traded in.

Service department charged me for work I did not approve of. Car has gone through 5 serpentine belts within a month of service (did not have a problem before). Allegedly gave my car an alignment, but the steering shook more after the service was done than before.

My check engine light came on my Chevy Equinox. I called Thayer Chevrolet and they fit me right in. They told me it would take about an hour to diagnose the problem (this was even before I brought it in). I was good with that. When I walked in they were so friendly, didn't even ask if I had bought the car there (I didn't) they automatically treated me like I was a long time customer. Thank goodness this was covered under the cars warranty (where I was going to take it they didn't even mention the warranty). Trisha from Thayer actually took the time to make sure it was covered under the warranty before they did any further work. While they were taking care of that they found I needed rear brakes, an oil change and a new filter (I was kind of aware I needed all of this). Trisha let me know if they could keep the car for one more day they could have it all done for me and the coupon I brought in would be applied to these services. When I went to go pick up my car they actually apologized for keeping it so long (only three days). At no time did I ever complain about them having my car. Thank you Thayer Chevrolet for taking care of me like I was one of the family.

I test drove a used 4Runner on 6-27-26 and had a great experience with staff. I dealt with Garry Book who was laid back and did not pressure like some in sales. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle because I wanted another Toyota model and they are a Chevy dealership. The vehicle was immaculate and highly detailed before it went up for sale. Just wanted to give them a shout out and would recommend them.

Scratched the whole side of my truck - Hoffman418

Brought my 2014 Silverado in today for an oil change and recall fix and when I got my truck back there was a long white scratch down the side of my truck. I'm guessing from the car wash. I let service know about the problem and they said they would fix it that it should polish right off. After waiting for them to fix it they said it polished right off. Which the white Mark did but there are still deep scratches in the clear coat and on the tail light. I'm not satisfied with there quick fix and kick me out the door. Going to have to find another delearship I quess and will have to have a body shop to fix the scratches in the clear coat.

We stopped in unexpectedly while passing through on our trip home without an appointment due to car trouble, Shane was able to diagnose our Buick and found the problem and had it fixed in an hour. The only Buick service center around with later hours on Thursday. Highly recommend! Also, great customer service and facility!
