The folks in the service shop on LeJeune Blvd were friendly and professional! The comfy chairs and couches in the waiting room are an upgrade from my previous waiting room experiences! They could benefit from ambient lighting and moving away from the fluorescent lighting in those areas but it didn’t detract from my experience.

The music in the showroom could also be a bit less country and rock with more of a light rock or soothing jazz. I sat outside due to the noise level. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

My family and I are very happy with the way Sean our service advisor, Tom, their BMW service team handled our critical repair job for our X3 They went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed. We are so incredibly grateful that they advocated for us during consultation with the corporate office at the beginning when they were in the process of identifying the issue. We are very impressed with their skill and technical knowledge in repairing our car. They were so patient and compassionate when dealing with our issue. I had a 2pm appointment to fix the interior lights on my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. I got.to the dealership at 1:50. At 1:55 they took my Jeep into the service area. At 2:30 my Jeep was back in the service drive in. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Thanks Brooks for the fantastic service
