This dealership went above and beyond. Hands down THE BEST dealership ever. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Answering all my questions. Extremely great experience. I had to have a part replaced that was extremely hard to find and on back order. They took time to look for the part around the US and find it in order to get it shopped quickly for replacement. I've been a regular at your dealership for fifteen years now--even before it became AutoStar, and the service and outstanding treatment I receive by both my service advisor, Brian, and my preferred usual te now--even before it became AutoStar, and the service and outstanding treatment I receive by both my service advisor, Brian, and my preferred usual technician, Donnie, as well as my "parts" manager, Kelvin, are all the very best! I always feel, whatever my problem may be, is of utmost importance to them as it is to me! I thank them all for their genuine concern and helpful attitude resulting in my quick, timely service and/or repairs! I'm not sure of Donnie's or Kelvin's last names as we're on a first name basis---But I gave five stars below, of course to Brian Sullivan as well as Donnie Williams and Kelvin Coval assuming it's the people I mentioned above! More
