My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

The dealership was clean and everyone was so pleasant. It was the 23rd when we went in and it was late. I was actually hoping to browse alone but Sarita came out and made us feel at home and it was a breeze from there. Well almost, we came back on Christmas eve to get the truck. However everyone was trying to leave early. Endia and I were prepared to wait till after Christmas (30th) to pick up the truck but Mr. Cough said we were getting it today. Everyone pulled together, cleaned the truck, changed the oil, put new tires on it and had it ready. It was beautiful and the teamwork was awesome.

Price of 2009 F150 I was interested in was $8511 when I found it online on Saturday afternoon. Dealership closed on Sunday, or I'd have been there to purchase. By Monday morning, price had risen to $9499... When I presented evidence to them in person, it made no impact... bought the vehicle anyway, as condition was excellent, price was still decent, but was disappointed they would not honor the price they advertised two days earlier. Also, I find $799 dealer "doc fee" to be obnoxiously high; simply a hidden "junk fee" markup... I don't care if it's becoming more commonplace - still obnoxious. There, I feel better.
