Add on 18 dollar oil additive without discussing prior. ETU4 was the name of it. Incidentally they never did this on prior oil changes. Also did not adjust the air pressure when rotating tires front to rear. Supposed to be 33 front and 30 rear per Nissan recommended psi. Did that myself at home . Bad service but the dishonesty is worse.

I love the dealership almost always on top of things until just recently needed parts for my car and they were ordered in June I asked about them one time maybe in July and 1 but not both parts were available then I got super busy with work and hadn't been able to contact them-I went for service yesterday and low and behold the parts are there however I was not notified?? kinda strange we're all busy so that doesn't work Other than that the dealership has been awesome

Come in they say it'll be a couple hours to determine what's wrong with the vehicle. After just over 2 hours I received an update they are working on the car to determine why my sensors are yet again not working on my brand new 2024 Altima. Took a stroll outside to get some fresh air after that update and saw the car parked outside under the expressway. They haven't even seen the car yet. Went back to find out if they are working on the car and then he tells me the workers are on lunch but they are working on it. That's when I told him they are not working on it because its parked outside. Took my keys and got outta there. People have lives. If Saturday was booked up, then schedule me to come in another day. I think that's simple enough. Based on that lie I'm very skeptical if I should even go there since I had to pay for the 1st collision sensor issue ($800). Now a colleague of mine is saying they too have to pay for a collision sensor issue on their Altima and it was quoted ($3,000). What's the point of buying a new car to escape trips to the mechanic if I'm already on my second trip for the year? Can't wait to trade this crap in for a Chevy. Never had issues with them so I'm going right back to them. STAY AWAY FROM NISSAN!!!

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

On Friday 10/5, I took my 2015 Altima 3.5 SL to the service center for a simple oil change and tire rotation with the standard multi-point inspection. My experience was bad as soon as I walked in the door and got worse as my time there continued. I had a coupon for the 39.99 oil change deal and told the advisor who checked me in and she said she would take care of it. When my vehicle was done, the advisor came and told me the car needed a new xxx battery cable and brake cleaning but other than that the car was fine. (which i knew was a lie because my left rear tire is low on air constantly and my right back tire had a cut on the outside because we just got our state inspection) but I assumed they at least did the oil change and tire rotation right so I didnt mention his overlooking of the condition of my tires and the opportunity to sell me a pair of tires. When I got my vehicle back, I saw that the 'LDW/BSW Malfunction light was on, which was not on when I checked the vehicle in for service. I immediately took the car back inside and showed the advisor who then went in to get the technician who worked on my car. No one had a clue what was wrong or even took the time to go get someone else who may know what was going on. He simply turned off the Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Warning feature so that the light would 'go away'. I was going out of town and didnt have much time to stay to wait for it to be checked back in so I made an appointment to come in 10/8. After that, I went home and showed my husband the paperwork and he went out to inspect the vehicle. He noticed that the two rear tires that had damage WERE STILL IN THE SAME PLACE! The tires WERE NEVER ROTATED. Which explains why the technician failed to mention that my tires needed to be replaced when he did his 'multi point inspection'. In fact, he put that there were NO cuts, nails, or damage to the tires. On 10/8 at about 3am on the way back from VA that same tire with the cut gave out and went flat. I understand that the tire going out was NOT the fault of nissan or the technician, however his negligence to rotate and inspect the tires as he indicated he did caused us to think that the tire may not have been as bad as we thought and that it didnt need to be replaced quite yet. Had we had known, we would have purchased two tires that day. So on 10/8, we took the vehicle back to the dealership and explained all of this to the advisor who helped me on 10/5. She stated that she would take care of the installation of the tires for free and all we had to do was purchase a tire whether it be there or anywhere else. I agreed and told her I would come back on 10/9 to get the tires installed, she would jut have to let me know the price. She stated that she would price some tires for us and give us a call back by EOB 10/8. It is now 10/9 and I have still not heard from them. The service there is awful and we literally just purchased our car back in August of this year. I will NEVER take my car back to this place. I simply needed a tire rotation and oil change and couldn't even get that without issues. Please train your staff to do their due diligence and complete their job assignments without rushing or lying about what is done. Also, please teach your advisors what integrity on the job is and to not make promises you have no intentions on keeping. Me and my husband were very nice given the circumstances and this is how we were treated? Never again.

A few month ago when I came to service my car, Tracy was the person I talked to in the service dept. Durning our conversation she was rude and disrespectful. The next time I came in I went and talked to the service manager about this issue and in return I ask that Tracy when I come in for service not be the person that helps me. Yesterday I went in for service I talked to Vinny, when I went to pay while talking to Vinny, Tracy was there and kept interrupting us. So, therefore this tells me that this issue never got resolved so therefore I will not be coming to Burdick Nissan any longer. Terrible Customer Service! DarleneT

the worst service place , group of lairs, just to strip you off your money, not honest at all. They fix nothing and I have to back after 30 days for the same issue but this time different diagnosis of course and another charge ( Rip off ).
