I've bought at least 30 new cars in my life, never will I do business with them again!! At first, it was frustrating, but once they fully inspected it, they found the problem and submitted it under the extended warranty I didn’t even realize I had. They replaced the engine with one that had fewer miles, put me in a loaner car while the work was done, and even refunded my out-of-pocket cost. They really stepped up and made it right. Things didn’t start perfect, but they handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the way they stood behind their sale.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .
