Had a 9 am appointment, waited 2 weeks to have a drop appointment. Never got a call that they looked at it until 1pm. Car was ready by 2:30. So obviously it wasnt a big job. I had called the extended war appointment. Never got a call that they looked at it until 1pm. Car was ready by 2:30. So obviously it wasnt a big job. I had called the extended warranty company told them the issue and said it would be covered. Only to find out the dealer said it wasn’t ,and had a bill of $478. I will never buy another extended warranty from any dealer. They always seem to find some way to not to cover anything, even with the best policy. More

I almost went somewhere else and dealt with the leak in my sun roof for months until someone else answered the phone and was pleasant and set up the appointment. Service fixed everything in one day. I hope the other person no longer works there because she just refused to give me an appointment even after I came in person to ask. Great service from everyone this time. More
