They understand you work hard for your money so they want to make sure you get what you pay for. Check with hollie was effortless and quick. Got in at my schedule appointment. Told me right up front they were busy and it might take longer than expected but it didn’t. Explained in detail work needed.

I discovered the chrome caps were not on the lug nuts on 2 wheels after tires were rotated. I will contact Empire on Monday and hopefully they will replace them. Otherwise service was good.
