I just leased a new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum thru the Costco Auto Program at Baron Nissan. My salesman, Satish Massand, is a very experienced salesperson. He is very kind, patient and he isn’t high pressure, like most of the other dealerships. He truly knows his stuff and really wants to help you. I felt he gave me a fair deal since I was looking for a Rogue SL, but that trim level was discontinued and if I went to the lower trim, I was losing features I had become accustomed to. So, Satish gave me a good deal on the Platinum trim and we really love the car. Also I know what when I need service on the vehicle in the future, the Service Manager,Jason Fachner, is very good. Nash is now in another department but he put us on to Raul and he did not disappoint. Raul knows his product and takes the time to go over anything you may ask. If you want a car salesperson that makes you feel you are doing the right thing and will work with you, Raul is your man. He is very personable and cares about his customers, highly recommend Raul if you want to be treated right.

I bought a used Kia from here and ran into an engine issue not long after. At first, it was frustrating, but once they fully inspected it, they found the problem and submitted it under the extended warranty I didn’t even realize I had. They replaced the engine with one that had fewer miles, put me in a loaner car while the work was done, and even refunded my out-of-pocket cost. They really stepped up and made it right. Things didn’t start perfect, but they handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the way they stood behind their sale.

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .
