PURCHASING THE KIA SORRENTO WAS OK FINANCE EXPLANATION WAS NOT GOOD DUE TO THE FACT THAT KIA HAD DIFFERENT RULES FOR PAYING DOWN THE PRINCIPLE! VERY CONFUSING WHEN CALLED WE WERE DEALING WITH THE PHILLIPINES (TERRIBLE) EXPERIANCE. ON FEBRUARY 18,2025 TOOK IN FOR FIRST SERVICE AND WE DELT WITH AARON POLLACK (TERRIFIC) SERVICE) VERY HELPFUL WITH PROBLEMS WITH THE KIA, WAS GREAT DEALING WITH A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON. AGAIN, THE KIA FINANCE DEPT. NEEDS TO GET THE SYSTEM IN BETTER FORM. IT IS OUR UNDERSTANDING THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAS CHANGED HANDS, THE FINACING HELP THAT WAS NEEDED WAS NOT AVAILABLE. Went to one of the larger Kia dealerships in my area was not impressed.They seemed to push financing something we didn’t want.Left there after not making a deal and drove passed another dealer on my way to Garvey Kia. This was a good hour out of the way. My wife and I talked to John Starling, it was like talking to an old friend. We ended up purchasing a loaves several steps up from what we were looking at in previous dealerships.

Sales department is good, the related collision shop is terrible. The first time we were there they told us three days for repairs when we dropped it off. After 5 days I called and gal said "We have your car?'" After a long delay, gal gets back on the phone and says "It will be ready in three days." This vehicle had roof damage from the car carrier - major repair. We picked it up late evening in the dark at their request, noticed the damage the next morning later when we looked down at it. Now we need to have something fixed. During one of the repairs they had to take out the iterior molding, and put it back with a piece cracked off. This vehicle is a 2024 Telluride with very low mileage - and we didn't notice the poor interior workmanship until we had a car full of people and I was in the back seat. Their response to a request to fix it was how do we know you didn't break it, and you took too long to notice it was broken. We also had to have the back gate repaired as the lift gasket kept falling off. Additionally, many recalls. My advice is too look EVERYTHING over with a fine tooth comb. Please note this review is for the Northtown collision center that Northtown Kia sends you to.. The service center is better although not without problem. When we called to schedule a recall- adjustable front seat has the potential to start on fire, the gal on the phone said we had to bring it in to be looked at and if they decided it needed the recall, then we could schedule an appointment. We live a considerable distance away. The service department, upon hearing this said that is insane and took care of everything while we wee there.

In January,I needed my Kia Serento seen for a problem in Utica, Ny. the local Kia did not have an opening til 2/25, over a month away. I called Burdick Kia and was able to get a service appointment within 3 day. I was dropping the car off early because a planned vacation. There was no problem with that for them. They also were able to get to the car problem earlier than planned. The service manager, Ms Harris, has been so helpful in getting me in for service. I would highly recommend Burdick Kia and the service department .Thank you again for helping me out.

⭐️ AVOID KIA PLAZA AUTO MALL! ⭐️ In over 20 years of leasing cars, I’ve never experienced anything as frustrating as my time with Kia Plaza. I leased a car in April, and they promised to return my previous lease to Nissan. Fast forward three months, and I receive a past-due notice from Nissan! Turns out, Kia hadn’t returned the car, leaving me with unexpected payments and a ruined credit score. I spent DAYS trying to locate my car, only to get the runaround. When they finally found it, it took them TWO WEEKS to return it to Nissan! Kia promised to reimburse my payments to Nissan but never followed through. Every time I tried to speak to a manager, they were mysteriously “unavailable.” Ultimately, I learned the owner refuses to sign the check owed to me! His response? “Take me to court.” This place is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of accountability. Salespeople are eager to take your money, but when things go wrong, they vanish. Don't waste your time or money here; there are plenty of reputable dealerships that actually value their customers! #KiaPlazaAutoMall #CustomerServiceFail #AvoidAtAllCosts

The process was quick and efficient, he knew exactly what he was talking about, any questions I had he would answer and helped me with my options since I did not know what I wanted at first. He also speaks Spanish which helped me communicate with him since my english isn’t as great. I am excited to be driving my new 2025 Kia K4.

After the experience from xxxx dealing with Destination Kia in Albany I was so glad to discover Romeo Kia. At Destination everyone seemed fixated on how they're a "high volume dealership" and the constant reminders that they're the "4th largest Kia dealership in the country" made me feel like they wanted me to be grateful for them, not that they were grateful for my business. By the time I was done being put through the wringer waiting two weeks for a car I had a deposit on at Destination I was burnt out and over it. Dealing with Ryan Layton at Romeo Kia really saved the car buying experience for me. Ryan is down to earth and friendly, and went above and beyond to get me into the car I bought asap. He even came in on his day off so that I could take the vehicle next-day. Romeo seems to be a smaller family owned dealership where they take the time to meet their clients and make sure they're satisfied. I was introduced to a service manager, business manager, and general manager and all were eager to make the process as easy as possible. The general manager took the time to thank me at the end of the transaction and promised that Ryan would be following up the next day to make sure I was happy with the car, and that's exactly what happened. I hope to have my current car for quite a while, but I'm glad to know that I won't have to look for another dealership when it's time for a replacement.
