Dealership told me rental car fee would be waived if car repair was under warranty. Car was under warranty but they charged me $540.00 and refused to reimburse me the money . I was very disappointed at the lack of Kia parts available to fix my warranteed wheel sensor issue as it took over 2 weeks to get the parts. After a little over a week they offered me a loaner car w available to fix my warranteed wheel sensor issue as it took over 2 weeks to get the parts. After a little over a week they offered me a loaner car which I accepted. The total time my car was at the dealership was a month. I was concerned about the length of time it took but I had the loaner car for several weeks at no cost to me More

Dennis is the most condescending clown in the world. He missed out on selling us a car because of his horrible attitude.
