So pleased with the service rep., Troy Roberts! Came to the dealer to replace fob because I thought it was broken. After discussing with me several things about the fob, he and I went to the parts department and had the battery replaced and it’s good as new! Saved me $400 for a new fob. Also Patti in the parts dept. was extremely helpful educating me about using the fob. The were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and appeared happy to help me. Both went above and beyond!

Came in to this Honda with a shock issue and Riondo worked magic for me. He found other issues my van had and took care of them as well. Riondo kept me well informed the whole time and the guys there fixed all the issues earlier than I expected. He made the experience seamless and pleasant. (He also has a really neat electric stapler). He got me a oil change with just one text. Really appreciate how easy it was. He worked hard to get everything paid for by my warranty and i walked out without paying a penny. Will definitely come back here. Thank you.

Bought 2021 Civic sport certified from Hamilton Honda 3 months ago, I started hearing like humming noise coming from the rear tires, went to Hamiton Honda and saw CHRIS ALFINITO and he was very courteous, respectful and even asked the technician to go with me for a ride, 1.5 hours later Chris told me that my car is ready, he REPLACED BOTH REAR TIRES AND ROTATE THE REAR ONES AND PERFORMED COMPLETE ALIGNMENT ALL FOR FREE, I was so happy that I gave him a hug, he is so nice went above and beyond to make customers happy, and I was very happy indeed, I don’t hear any humming noise any more. I recommend you talk to Chris about any service needs for your Honda. THANKS CHRIS ALFINTINO

Donna customer service was good. Oil change,tire rotation and wheel alignment.left the air stem caps off of 2 of the tires.took it back and they put 2 different stems on the 2 that don't match. I paid cash money over $47,000 dollars in June 2922 and I only have 6700 miles on the CRV touring.it drove better before Honda serviced it. Not happy with your mechanics.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.
