I know most people don't go to this dealership to buy a used Toyota, but I hoped I would be treated as well as their other customers. I was actually quite happy with my experience with Herb except for one unacceptable issue: my trade in! For some reason, the trade in amount for my old car was to be sent to me by check and wasn't taken off the loan amount. It is now 6 months since I bought the car, and despite numerous texts and calls both to Herb and the manager, I haven't received my check! It's not for much, but it's the principle. Herb, send me my check!

My 2021 M440i had a chipped exhaust valve. BMW recommends replacing the engine in such cases as the piece of chipped value could further damage the engine. The price that I was quoted for a new engine was $36,000. When I said that I can not afford that much, the team at BMW began to look for other options. They decided to tear the engine apart at reduced labor rates to see if my current engine could be salvaged. In the end they replaced the chipped value and performed a thorough inspection to determine the chip was no longer inside the engine. In the end they were able to repair my car to it like new condition for $6,500. $6,500 is a lot but it is much less than $36,000. I will always return to Park Avenue BMW for my auto needs, be it service or sales.

Recently purchase a preowned and new vehicle from Paul Miller BMW of Wayne. Had a horrible experience from the start to finish at Paul Miller BMW of Wayne, NJ. The preowned vehicle I purchased was severly damaged. Had a lot of damage that they covered up. Ultimately found out the motor mounts were no good on this car. How they can let someone drive a vehicle like that off the lot is beyond belief. I went through an absolute nightmare with this dealership from everyone from the salesperson Jay Shah up to the General Manager Fernando Cerqueira. They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, and they just flat out lie to you. The only person that had some human decency was a manger by the name of Ryan McGowan. Service department is also horrible. They are rude and they lie also. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. STAY AWAY from this place.

Where to start. Came in for specific issues, there report came back as everything is ok, problems can’t be replicated when technician test drove car. Well ended up taking it to 2 other local BMW within 2 month span and sure enough, there was repairs that we’re definitely overlooked and missed at Newton. Think twice before bringing to this BMW dealer!!!!!

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
