I recently purchased an X5 plug-in hybrid from this dealer. This was the most seamless purchase I’ve ever made and I’ve owned many many cars. Dori and Frank Catania made this absolutely the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend this dealer highly. I never even had to set foot in the showroom and had the car delivered to my new residence out of state.

I know most people don't go to this dealership to buy a used Toyota, but I hoped I would be treated as well as their other customers. I was actually quite happy with my experience with Herb except for one unacceptable issue: my trade in! For some reason, the trade in amount for my old car was to be sent to me by check and wasn't taken off the loan amount. It is now 6 months since I bought the car, and despite numerous texts and calls both to Herb and the manager, I haven't received my check! It's not for much, but it's the principle. Herb, send me my check!

My 2021 M440i had a chipped exhaust valve. BMW recommends replacing the engine in such cases as the piece of chipped value could further damage the engine. The price that I was quoted for a new engine was $36,000. When I said that I can not afford that much, the team at BMW began to look for other options. They decided to tear the engine apart at reduced labor rates to see if my current engine could be salvaged. In the end they replaced the chipped value and performed a thorough inspection to determine the chip was no longer inside the engine. In the end they were able to repair my car to it like new condition for $6,500. $6,500 is a lot but it is much less than $36,000. I will always return to Park Avenue BMW for my auto needs, be it service or sales.

The dealership is great very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They can answer any and all of the questions you have. I never felt pressured about buying the car. Just recently decided to lease a new vehicle for My wife everything went smooth. But what a shame that a big corporate like open road preffer to save and cut corners on something super important like the cleaning of the new cars for delivery. In my case im in the car detailing business and made a huge request to my sales rep to Make sure the vehicle was clean the right way upon our arrival to pick up the new car. Once we arrived to the dealer walk around the new car and found multiple spots that werent clean. I mentioned to my sales person and i was shock when his answer was oh sorry but our detail guys dont get pay much that i should clean it since im In the car detailing business . Im sorry to hear that but i think that has nothing to do it shouldnt even be part of the conversation … Dealers dont forget as custumers we are paying for new cars we expect that new car smell new car look experienced.

I have owned BMW’s for years. Purchasing from Wayne may not have been my best choice. The service department is a disgrace. I dropped my car off on Monday for an oil change. No one gives you any updates on your vehicle. My car was finally done by Thursday. When you call their service department; they don’t answer the phone! You’re paying top dollar for a very unprofessional experience! Cashier made a mistake with our bill confusing us with a prior customer. Don’t even bother leaving a voicemail on the general manager’s phone. He will not call you back! Save yourself the aggravation, try a different dealership.

Where to start. Came in for specific issues, there report came back as everything is ok, problems can’t be replicated when technician test drove car. Well ended up taking it to 2 other local BMW within 2 month span and sure enough, there was repairs that we’re definitely overlooked and missed at Newton. Think twice before bringing to this BMW dealer!!!!!

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
