I came to the dealership last week and wound up leasing a BMW X3 from Anatoliy Yanovskiy. I have leased or bought 3 BMW’s from him prior to leasing this one. He is an excellent salesman; never applying pressure or making a “hard sell “. I trust him; he knows his product and always offers his best deal. He also contacts me after my purchases or leases to find out how I like the cars and asks if I have any questions. I have always rely on him when I have questions with service matters or need advice. I will keep going to him.

I had my daughter's car service here for a oil change a - Jpezzuti

I had my daughter's car service here for a oil change a few weeks ago . I was informed that the airfilter needed to be changed and was quoted $65 plus tax. Even knowing I can do it myself for like $35 I told Park Ave to do it this way its done. I receieved the car back, oil change done , air filter changed and car washed. When I went to pay for it the service to change the airfilter was now $93 with a EPA charge of $9 and $12.50 misc charges added. My service adviser was not available and I had to leave so I paid it and reached out after. The service adviser told me those charges were for EPA disposal and supplies used to clean my car? Regardless these charges were not disclosed to me and if they were I would of told them not to do the service . Dealers can charge what they want but they need to be upfront about it. I asked for the undisclosed charges of $22 to be removed but never heard back from anyone. I do not like when dealers are not upfront with fees especially when they are xx, and do not get back to their clients to fix it. If this is how they do business then they lost a good customer and I'll go elsewhere. I am hoping they see this complaint so maybe we can fix this since they don't respond to emails. If not I know I need to go back to Prestige BMW. I bought my car from Park Ave and had a great experience which is why I gave them a chance to service my vehicles. I never had a problem like this before servicing my cars and I don't want to start now!

She kept me updated the whole time and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car — no stress, no surprises. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure everything’s done right. My car came back running perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I dropped off my car Friday morning at 9:15am. I called today, Saturday at 12:50pm. My car has not been serviced or have I received a call with an update. When you attempt to call in to speak to the service dept, the phone will go unanswered and calls not returned. When I had my car serviced in BMW South Miami, they were much more organized. I offered to pick up my car on Friday afternoon and dropped off again Monday morning since it would not be worked on till then. The Service Advisor said that would restart the appt process. Basically it takes this center on average 3 days to check your car before a quote can be provided.

Liam was great, the floor manager was great, I was denied oil change and I was told that oil drain plug is sized, private mechanic was able to remove it and said that it was only missing a washer, that is why it was leaking. it took a little longer compared to other dealers

Where to start. Came in for specific issues, there report came back as everything is ok, problems can’t be replicated when technician test drove car. Well ended up taking it to 2 other local BMW within 2 month span and sure enough, there was repairs that we’re definitely overlooked and missed at Newton. Think twice before bringing to this BMW dealer!!!!!

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
