Personally intervened, addressed, and resolved a DMV issue within minutes of being notified. Wife is thrilled with the car. Joel's unmatched professionalism and personal demeanor are noteworthy, and we look forward to the next visit. Definitely worth the 3-hour drive from Connecticut. A 5-star visit!

I bought my 21 jeep wrangler 4xe from Bonneville and the purchasing process was OK. The jeep had many issues (but what did I expect it's a hybrid) However, the service department is OUTSTANDING and I would buy another vehicle from them just because of the service department. The Service Manager, Bill Perkins, helped me more times than I can remember, with his time, recommendations and sharing his vehicle knowledge. In my 50+ years of owning vehicles and interacting with auto dealers, he is the nicest and easiest to deal with in all those years. Bonneville is lucky to have him.

We just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership. From the time that we pulled into the lot to driving off with the Jeep. First Julio (the salesman) greeted us and was fantastic. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. Then came the negotiations. The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. We have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was HANDS DOWN THE EASIEST, NON STRESSFUL, BEST EXPERIENCE we have EVER had.

I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. I thought the rental was a smooth ride with good safety features so decided to check out the dealership for a permanent new car. I’ve never bought before and I had the BEST experience with Dave Ritter. Dave came right up to me and helped me narrow my options down to exactly what I needed/wanted and I am so happy with my new ride. It’s smooth, safe, and an awesome price.
