I've already written a Google review, not sure how public or effective this one will be, however from the beginning of my purchase with them they have been terrible with communication, I felt rushed and dece or effective this one will be, however from the beginning of my purchase with them they have been terrible with communication, I felt rushed and deceived in a way My car was in transit while I was going to purchase, they kept telling me I had to make a decision quick because the car would arrive the next day and they couldn't guarantee holding it, so I call the next day and they don't have the car they're just rushing to make a deal. First red flag. I end up buying the car with the agreement of getting add on accessories and it adds about $500 to my loan, fine with me, The accessories I choose comes to about $590 so I paid an additional $90 on my debit card. There's a lot of miscommunication and wait times with the dealer so they apologize and as a good will deed they'll reimburse me the $90 VIA check and give me 4 free oil changes and do a paint fix on a chip that was on the hood when I got the car (brand new) I bought my car March 27th, I have not received reimbursement, in fact they said they can't refund the card or send a check so I have to call my bank and dispute it, I just called my bank and of course they can't because that's silly it's the dealerships problem not theirs. So I'm still out the $90 My car had been in and out of the dealer for weeks now the paint has been touched up 3 times by some mystery "paint guy" and each time no records of my car being serviced or what was done, they just take in my car and hand it back looking worse, I've brought this up to corporate level and even with that they're very unwilling to cooperate, they'll apologize and say they'll "keep in touch" but in reality they couldn't care less, they made money and that's all that matters, not customer satisfaction and not holding true to their word, I'm extremely disappointed in this experience, I've asked corporate to take my case to another dealer so I don't even have to go back there again I would recommended ANY dealership over this one, I had heard good things about the McGee dealerships but this one is by far worse I've ever seen, I'm sure there are good sales people and good service advisors there, however management is terrible, and honestly at this point I'm not afraid to say it, don't work with Randy Ellis whatever you do, the whole reason this has dragged out is mainly due to his lack of care/follow up so just be extremely careful if you do decide to purchase through McGee Mazda As of right now my paint still looks awful, I'm still not getting the $90 and likely never will, so this is all I can turn to really, trying to help others so they don't make the same mistake I did, I was very patient and forgiving about their mess ups until it became so drug out and I could tell they do not care at all. If I could rate them nothing I 100% would. More
