i think it's safe to say that buying a new car is very stressful and for me, intimidating. I actually hate the process. But not this time. Christopher Winberg made it so easy with his vast knowledge of the vehicle, all the bells and whistles and most importantly, all the new safety features. He was zero-pressure but extremely responsive and very pleasant. I absolutely LOVE my new Ford Explorer -- I have had mostly European cars in the past. In fact, traded in my Porche Macan and I couldn't be happier. I'm still learning all the technologies and features and the drive is so comfortable and amazing. I would also like to thank Jeremy, the sales manager for his patience and working to get me the best deal possible. You were AWESOME!!
