I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this Ford dealership was so unacceptable that I feel compelled to share it. I took a full day off work specifically to have the open recalls on my vehicle repaired. Scheduling the appointment was frustrating from the start. It took more than 25 minutes just to make the appointment, and the representative who assisted me was unprofessional and failed to communicate important information about the appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, the first service advisor I approached completely ignored me while sitting on his phone. I was eventually acknowledged by other advisors who were already assisting customers. That alone was a poor first impression and set the tone for the rest of my visit. I was then informed that because my appointment was scheduled after 11:00 a.m., I would have to leave my vehicle, and there was no guarantee it would even be ready the same day. I was told I might not get it back until tomorrow. At absolutely no point during the scheduling process was I informed of this. Had I known, I would never have scheduled that appointment or taken a day off from work. What makes this even more unacceptable is that these are manufacturer recall repairs—something that is not my fault. Instead of making the process convenient for customers, this dealership expects customers to absorb the inconvenience caused by its own lack of communication and poor scheduling practices. After leaving, I called the dealership and asked to speak with a Service Manager to address my concerns. Instead of allowing me to speak with management, I was effectively gatekept from doing so. No effort was made to connect me with a manager or provide any meaningful resolution. That only reinforced my impression that accountability and customer satisfaction are simply not priorities at this dealership. I scheduled this appointment a full week in advance. There was more than enough time for someone to contact me and explain their policy before I rearranged my work schedule. Failing to communicate something this significant is inexcusable. The entire experience was a complete waste of my time. From the unprofessional scheduling process, to being ignored upon arrival, to the lack of communication, and finally being prevented from speaking with a manager, every step of this experience demonstrated a complete disregard for the customer. I canceled the appointment and immediately scheduled with the Ford dealership I have used in the past, where I know my time will be respected, communication will be clear, and customer service actually matters. I will never do business with this dealership again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. If this is how customers are treated before their vehicle is even serviced, I can only imagine what happens afterward. More
