I gotta say.. we were really worried about our car situation and I really wanted my wife to get into something new with a good warranty. Something reliable since she drives my kids around. My wife’s only time off to look was Saturday. We got there at noon and the Ice was supposed to drop at 2. Andy and Brian N both came through in the Nickerson of time. Got us home by 2:30 to park the car and wait the storm out. Now I don’t have to worry about my wife getting to work safe. I will be coming back when I’m ready to get another.

Other staff experiences I had were considerate, such as with financing specialists, who kindly answered questions I had without making me feel dumb. This was my first experience buying a car and it was great! I had no issues and the process from start to finish was 2 hours long, not all day. I appreciate Jon for staying later than usual to help me with my sale experience! Echo Park is definitely different from other dealers. I love how they have a clean facility and that they are warranty-centered.

My experience at Bommarito Volkswagen was exceptional because of Luke. I had talked with Luke through email and text prior to coming into the dealership so he knew what I was looking for. When I went for my appointment the two vehicles that I was interested in had sold. Luke was great about explaining the differences in the Atlas models and found me my perfect Atlas. I never felt pressured, and he was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Luke was very knowledgeable about he technology in vehicle as well and did a great job explaining all the features in the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and he made this process stress free. I would definitely recommend working with Luke if your in the market to buy a Volkswagen.

I showed up for an appointment on q Friday morning and somehow miraculously Napleton had a GT with the GT1 package on the lot, unclaimed! By Friday night I left after all the crazy financial signature crud with possibly the last ICE car I'll own! Mayssam knew darn near every feature of the car and guided me through setting everything up, which was much appreciated.

I called Reed Chevy on 1 Feb. and spoke to Luke about a Chevy SUV. There was not a good interest rate, therefore I told Luke I would keep driving my old car. On 2 Feb. I hit a deer and totaled my car. On 3 Feb. another Reed Chevy person called me and I informed him my situation had changed. Thank God for call backs as I had already started looking around for what I wanted, but a used vehicle because I refuse to pay more than 3% interest rate because I have worked hard for my good credit for times like this. Eleven days later I am driving a beautiful 2025 Chevy Blazer at 1.9% and everything I wanted on it; including my moon roof. Luke wanted my business and treated me with courtesy, kindness, and respect. Thank you Luke and Reed Chevy.

Steve Oliver and staff were my saving grace!!!! I live 43 miles away and made the mistake of going to a shop closer to my home back in July when my 2017 Escalade was making some engine noise. I ended up needing a new engine. Long story short, last Thursday I brought in completely messed up car because of this shop and couldn’t handle their excuses anymore. I brought it to Cadillac to see if they could diagnose and fix what this other shop had completely screwed up. Steve had real answers to me not even 24 hours after I brought it in!!!! We talked about what I wanted Cadillac to fix and what I should have fixed at the other shop because I had already invested thousands of dollars for them to completely screw up my car. He gave me an estimate if I wanted Cadillac to do all the work but honestly I need the other shop to make it right! He worked with my extended warranty to get them to cover a portion of the work that they did and had me in a loaner while they worked on my car. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else again!!! I was treated very well, they knew exactly what they were doing, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure who the 2 other gentlemen are on either side of Steve in that temporary trailer they are in. Although, both of them were very helpful as well when I walked in and Steve was taking a phone call. Thank goodness for Cable Dahmer Cadillac Service!!!! Thank you Steve Oliver!!!
