I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

Since the car is just a couple of weeks out from being at the factory, he has made it a priority to ensure everything is functioning correctly, as a brand-new car should. He takes the time to explain in detail what is going on and genuinely cares about making things right for me, and the car. The Service Department did an outstanding job getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee completed. I had a scheduling complication and was not going to be able to pick my vehicle up at the original time that I had set the appointment for, so I was going to re-schedule. When I called to do just that, their service representative actually listened to my reason and worked it out so that I could keep the original appointment and just move my pickup time two hours earlier. A Big THANK YOU to the service representative AND The SERVICE DEPARTMENT for being so accommodating!!

From start to finish Jeff was excellent to work with. He respected our choice to wait until new year to make our purchase and did not barrage us with calls/texts/emails. As this was my car we were purchasing he did not defer to my husband. He spoke to me. And I hope I conveyed to Jeff how much I appreciated that. Our overall satisfaction is definitely 5 star. The only suggestion we have is to make sure when the car is detailed, it is detailed. There were smudges of something that was oil based on the exterior and plastic still covering the side view mirrors. Overall, not a terrible situation just one that could use a little attention.

Seems like a great guy and very friendly, comes off as though he really knows his stuff and explains it well to get you what sounds like good deals, but he leaves crucial details out and is then impossible to get ahold of and doesn't return your phone calls. Was told first payment wouldn't be for 45 days; when the 1st bill arrived, it was due in 30 and I had to use one of my 3 lifetime extensions to get the original 45 days that was agreed upon at purchase. The surprises aren't appreciated when you spent hours asking these questions and were in dire need of a vehicle. First experience was great, but feel I was taken advantage of and given wrong information on this second purchase.

I would like to recognize the excellent customer service I received at Napleton’s Kia of Mid Rivers beginning on December 3, 2025. My 2016 Kia Sportage LX was towed in due to an unknown noise under the hood. From the moment it arrived, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. Mr. Liam promptly gathered my information, explained the next steps, and ensured I received a timely diagnosis. I especially appreciated the real-time video inspection, which clearly explained the issue and recommended repairs. When transportation was needed, Mr. Liam arranged a loaner vehicle and kept me informed through the dealership’s text messaging system. Later, Mr. Matthews became my primary point of contact and provided clear updates regarding repair timing, warranty coverage, and costs. An additional tire rotation was requested and completed without issue. The communication, transparency, and professionalism demonstrated by both Mr. Liam and Mr. Matthews made this a very positive experience.
