It's a ghost town when you walk in for a reason turn around and buy literally anywhere else. More

We purchased a used vehicle earlier this month. We were so impressed with our sales representative, Sevion. He was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and helped us land on a deal! Beware of Napleton Kia – Ripoff Artists at Their Finest! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Napleton Kia is the definition of shady dealership tactics, and they have absolutely no ethics. Th If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Napleton Kia is the definition of shady dealership tactics, and they have absolutely no ethics. They tried to charge me $500 for wheel locks that cost $30 anywhere else. When I questioned it, they acted like it was a normal charge! And it gets worse—they sell a "Kia Certified Warranty" that is actually FREE from Kia! Yes, you read that right. They try to make it seem like you're getting a deal when in reality, they're charging you for something that costs them nothing. Classic bait and switch! The salespeople and even the manager were dismissive and rude when I called them out on their pricing. They have no problem taking advantage of customers who don’t know better. DO NOT waste your time or money here! Take your business to a dealership that values honesty and integrity—this place has neither. Run far, far away! More
