The service was good but I was a little disappointed with the timing. I scheduled online for 8am and expected to be done in less than 90 minutes, but was told that there were 4 ahead of me and that it may take more than 2 hours. Since the weather was bad this caused a minimal disruption of my day.

Needed my vehicle looked at for transmission problems, I was fully prepared to leave it for several days just in case there were major problems; however they got me taken care of the same day and explained the real problem. Unfortunately it wasn't news I really wanted to hear, but they gave me several options to take that would be cost efficient. I have dealt with several dealerships over my time and never had 1 try and help instead of trying to take advantage of you. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that needs it. They are GREAT!!!!! Thank you Parker for all your help and recommendations.

July 1, 2024 driving through Collins stopped at Legacy Chevrolet with a damaged tire. We met Amanda who informed us you did not have the tire we needed. She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was.
