The attention to customer comfort detail was excellent. My repairs were more than I expected, but I was given a discount that may help me in getting the repairs done sooner. My wait was over 2 hours, but I felt the service was thorough.

The service was good but I was a little disappointed with the timing. I scheduled online for 8am and expected to be done in less than 90 minutes, but was told that there were 4 ahead of me and that it may take more than 2 hours. Since the weather was bad this caused a minimal disruption of my day.

Needed my vehicle looked at for transmission problems, I was fully prepared to leave it for several days just in case there were major problems; however they got me taken care of the same day and explained the real problem. Unfortunately it wasn't news I really wanted to hear, but they gave me several options to take that would be cost efficient. I have dealt with several dealerships over my time and never had 1 try and help instead of trying to take advantage of you. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that needs it. They are GREAT!!!!! Thank you Parker for all your help and recommendations.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it took over 2 hours to complete. HOWEVER, they recognized how long how I had been waiting and did not charge me for the service. I did not purchase my vehicle from Mandel but they will be my go to service department.

July 1, 2024 driving through Collins stopped at Legacy Chevrolet with a damaged tire. We met Amanda who informed us you did not have the tire we needed. She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was.
