The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

We have had the Escape for 11 days and we are pleased with it performance. However, one thing concerns us. We have yet to get our registration and our new license plate. He let us test drive our vehicle for the weekend which was nice since we wanted to install our car seats to make sure everyone would fit. I highly recommend David and also the Ford Expedition! Staff is polite but, the technical expertise of the workers is at a very low level. The vehicle had to be returned as the blind spot monitoring system was not repaired when the mirror glass was replaced. Spoke with the service advisor and explained in detail the issues. Vehicle was picked up and taken back to the dealer for the repair. Blind spot monitoring system was repaired and the mirror was still not repaired correctly. The fix is visible to the eye by looking at the outside mirror case. I would not trust them again to repair or service anything.

Impressed with the personnel from the service manager, mechanics, bookkeeper and salesperson that showed us a new truck. Recall on my jeep was explained on first visit, part ordered fast, few days later my appointment was scheduled for 3 days later and job was finished in 1 1/2 hour, including a top notch oil change by great employees. Will be coming back with all those knowledgeable people and smiles. Thanks everyone.

My wife brought her vehicle in for recall work and the service person said that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced and that it would be cheaper to get it fixed while it was on the lift. I brought her vehicle to MD Automotive in Zeeland and they told us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with any wheel bearing! Trying to take advantage of a lady over the greed spells zero integrity! Ladies beware of the service department!

Went to ask about a warning that had popped up on my Jeep Cherokee that I had bought here. There were 5 salesmen chatting in the showroom that didn't seem to want to help me. Finally directed me to service department and the guy said they couldn't help me for a week. I asked him my question and he said he didn't know about that stuff I had to talk to a technician but told me I couldn't talk to the technician. Will buy my next car in Gaylord these people treated me horribly.

He was able to explained the finance process and helped me make an informed buying decision. This was my first time at a car dealer where I wasn't pressured into buying a vehicle right now! I'm having trouble with my vehicle, the part that is going bad is listed online as being under a customer satisfaction program. I called the service department and talked to Tristen who was not the most pleasant person to speak with, She told us the part was not under recall, which is correct its not, however when I asked more questions about the part she transferred my call to parts. When they answered I again told them why I called and they said that we needed the service department. I told the guy that they just sent us to them and he at least tried to help, but transferred the call right back to service who then didn't answer the phone. This is not the first time we have had issues with the dealership, but it will be the last. I now have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and we will have to take it farther to get it fixed.

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business

My Son was buying his very first car by himself and we had visited several different dealerships in the Tri-City’s. By far, McDonald Ford was the best in everything. From being greeted with enthusiasm to the end, they made it seamless and comfortable!! Annabelle Boyes and Dave to the whole team there!!!! Everyone was engaging, accommodating and very very nice!!!! It was the only place we felt like they cared! I will buy my cars from them along with my 3 kids from now on!! They have acquired a huge family as I have a large extended family! I brought my F250 super duty pick up in so they could patch a leak in my driver side rear tire. The staff was friendly and I told them that I was towing my 40 foot 5th wheel. They advise that they would fix it right and it would take about 30 minutes. The tech (Jacob) came out and told me that it was a nail hole and it was a simple repair. The next day I hooked up my 5th wheel and headed home. I did not even get to Midland when that tire went flat while driving on the highway. This became dangerous being on the shoulder of the road having to disconnect the 5th wheel from the truck and then changing the same tire that they just fixed. When I got home and went to my Ford dealer where I bought the tire the technician who repaired it advised that the previous repair was done wrong, that Babb Ford (Jacob) just plugged the tire instead of doing it right by putting a patch on the inside of the tire on a superduty that hold heavy loads (as in 5th wheels) Fortunately their wasn’t any damage or injuries and I was in a area were I could safely get on the shoulder to change the tire. I did advise service manager of the issue
