As a former sales person myself, I appreciate a low key presentation that allows me to do my own evaluation, form some impressions, and yet is available to answer any questions I may have about the product. J.C. fulfilled this role perfectly. I brought my own "expert" to assist me and J.C. acknowledged his expertise and provided any additional information he requested about the vehicle. After our test drive he presented a few other options and we took another test drive (in a different vehicle) and discussed the results.
I was not able to conclude the transaction that day and he was respectful of my decision (I hate a high pressure sales presentation) and he was respectful of my position. We made arrangements for me to call the next day with a final decision.
After I decided to make the purchase we then made arrangements to finalize the transaction a few days later as I had other commitments.
J.C. was knowledgeable about financing options and patient with my questions (I ask a lot of questions) We ran through several possibilities and concluded the purchase to my satisfaction.
The "in person" contacts were professional and he followed through on each commitment that required e-mail contact.
The showroom and sales offices were immaculate, attractive, and comfortable. The service areas looked just as good though I have no present experience with the staff or their performance in the backshop.
So far so good. The highest compliment a customer can give is to return again for another purchase and at this point, I would certainly take my business back to J. C. Cooper.
